10 Best Zombie Games No One Remembers
They may be undead, but these zombie games still have life in them. Here are the titles that have been largely forgotten.
How To Check For Signs Of Infection In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
At the start of the game, with no other tools at their disposal, players will use a flashlight to look for symptoms. All the possible symptoms can be seen in the menu by pressing C or down on the D-Pad.
All the symptoms will be marked by one of three boxes. When you spot one, make sure to click the relevant box and keep checking for more, as survivors may have multiple symptoms.
Green – Sick
This is a symptom of sickness, but not infection. A survivor with only sick symptoms can be sent to the Survivors Block to await evacuation.
Orange – Sick Or Infected
Orange symptoms could be just sickness, but they could also be signs of infection. Send these survivors to Quarantine and check on them the next day.
Red – Infected
If a survivor has any red symptoms, they are infected and should be sent to Liquidation, where they will be killed.
Sending Them To The Right Area
After checking all possible symptoms, open the Distribution Menu with (TAB/Back Button). All marked symptoms will show on the left. Based on this information, send them the Survivors Block, Quarantine, or Liquidation.
Even if someone doesn’t have any red symptoms, if they have loads of orange symptoms, it’s likely that they are infected, so don’t take any chances and kill them.

Recheck Those Quarantined Each Day In Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
After sleeping, always begin the new day by reinspecting survivors who have been quarantined. If their symptoms have disappeared, they are healthy and can be sent to the Survivors Block.
To do so, walk up to them and press (E/X/Square). They will walk out of the glass booth to be inspected. You can then reassign them based on what you find.
Symptoms that they had previously will still be selected from before, so if these aren’t present anymore, uncheck them.
If they have turned into a zombie overnight, use the Clear button to incinerate them within the glass box.
As players progress through the days, they will unlock new tools to help them check for signs of infection. Usually, they are made available due to the presence of new symptoms. These tools can also be upgraded by spending Research Points (RP).
Thermopulsometer
Unlocked on the second day, this tool can be used to check for abnormally high pulses and temperatures, which could be signs of infection.
Wait a few seconds with the thermometer before taking your final reading. Anything above 41 degrees Celsius is a sign of infection, as is a pulse over 180 bpm. They may also be sick or infected with slightly lower results, the ranges for which can be seen in the menu. The upgrade that provides color helps massively, as players don’t need to memorize the boundaries.
Sneezing and hiccups are other indicators of these symptoms, so double-check anyone making these noises.
Reflex Hammer
Hit survivors on the arms or legs to test their reflexes, but don’t hit survivors on the skull or torso, as this will hurt them. If they seem slow, they could be infected.
No reaction simply means they are sick, but if they attack you, there’s a chance of infection. If they respond with their opposite limb, then they have the virus.
Also, look out for individuals with a slack jaw, a sign of slow or incorrect reflexes, and possibly infection.
Scanner
In case symptoms such as bite marks are hidden under clothing, the Scanner should be used all the time. It is unlocked after the first evacuation.
Players should perform full-body checks with the Scanner, covering every angle, and even looking under shoes, as there could be hidden bite marks on the feet.
Stethoscope
If survivors sound like they have difficulty breathing, use the Stethoscope to check for infection. If the lungs are clear yellow, then they are healthy.
If there is a black spot, hover over it and look for waves on the Stethoscope. High-amplitude waves are a sign of sickness. Listen to the sound and match it with the known symptom sounds. Players will need to use the lab to discover more, one of which sounds like a lion growling.
A few more advanced tools will be unlocked after these, but it can take a while, and players should have gotten the gist of diagnosis by this point.
