All Choices in Episode 4 Restructure in Dispatch
Dispatch‘s episode 4, Restructure, is quite an impactful episode, mainly because of how Robert’s decision in the previous episode changes the team quite a bit. Players will have to get used to the rest of the team while they complete the Dispatch sequences, which might be hard because of being down a team member.
There are also a lot of major choices that will impact character relationships, as well as which superhero will play an important part in the episodes ahead. Here are all the choices in the fourth episode of Dispatch.
Updated December 30, 2025, by Waseem Muhammad: Every episode in Dispatch has 1-2 SDN sequences where players have to send out heroes to separate calls. Despite going for the optimal hero, players can still fail based on luck. The guide has been updated to include tables for both dispatching sequences, all the calls, and the stat requirements players should look out for. There is a table at the end of the guide that players can use to check out the other episode guides for the game.

Dispatch Episode 4 Walkthrough
At the start of the episode, when Robert is at his workstation, you will get pranked by Flambae and Malevola/Punch Up. Here, Chase will talk to you about your decision to cut one of the members in Episode 3, and you will get the following dialogue option:
- They can join them.
- Maybe it was a mistake.
- It’s harmless.
You can choose any option, after which Robert will make his way to the lab where Royd is fixing the Mecha Man suit. Here you will get a choice of actions, all of which can change the small cutscene that follows. There is no other impact of this choice:
- SHADOW BOX.
- SPLIT KICK.
- JUMPING JACKS.
Once Invisigal shows up, she will ask you something, and you will get a dialogue option, and you can choose any one:
- All the time.
- Why do you want to know?
- Never.
Make your way to Blond Blazer’s room, where she is getting ready for a Gala that she has to attend tonight, and she will ask you about how she looks, prompting two dialogue options:
-
Option # 1: (Can go for any choice)
- Looks good.
- Your areola’s showing.
- It’s too small.
-
Option # 2:
- Incredible. (increases your relationship with Blazer)
- You look tucked in. (causes no change in your relationship)
- Kinda pretty, I guess. (causes no change in your relationship)
Dispatch Synergy Pairs Tier List
Dispatch never spells out why some hero pairings feel stronger than others, so this tier list explores the synergy combinations that dominate.
Once this conversation is finished, Blond Blazer will ask you to talk to Phenomaman, who is lying on the car outside. You will get two more dialogue options here:
-
Option # 1: (Can go for any choice)
- Don’t extinguish the sun.
- Do you have a therapist?
- I’ve had those days.
-
Option # 2:
- I don’t think so.
- I kissed her (decreases your relationship with Phenomaman if you chose the “Kiss Her” option in Episode 1)
- That’s not your business.
Once you go to the washroom, Invisigal will show up talking about her dream, and you will get another dialogue where you can choose any option:
- Was my d*ck big?
- How was I?
- Did I wear a condom?
After this, you will have your first Dispatch session where either Punch Up or Malevola will leave midway, depending on who you chose to kick from the team in the previous episode. Some of your calls might fail or even be missed because you will be severely understaffed.

Once the first shift is over, you will have a conversation with Waterboy, and here Flambae will throw a cup of noodles at him. You will then have two choices, both of which will lead to Flambae being covered in food, and he will remember this:
- SPAGHETTI.
- PROTEIN SHAKE.
After this, Blond Blazer will enter the room, and she will ask you who you think should enter the team:
The choice is entirely up to you, but you have to bear in mind that whoever you pick, you will have them in your team for the remaining episodes, and there will be different interactions moving forward. You will get a different achievement or trophy (Silver Rarity) depending on who you choose here.
Best Dispatch Stats for Each Character
Here are the best stats to invest in each Z-team member in Dispatch.
Once the second shift starts, Robert will introduce the new hero to the team, and you will now have to use them for this Dispatch. The Dispatch sequence should be much easier now with the extra member and none of the team members leaving early.

After this, you will talk to whichever hero you chose, and you will get a different dialogue option for them:
Waterboy: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
- You second guess everything.
- You expect failure.
- Believe in yourself.
Phenomaman: (All choices lead to the same outcome, but will be remembered)
- That’s not healthy.
- How do you know?
- I don’t believe that.
Once the conversation is over and you are packing your stuff up for the day at your desk, Robert will spot Invisigal watching a film, and simultaneously, you will get a message from Blond Blazer asking to meet up for dinner. Here you will have a major choice:
- DINNER WITH BLAZER.
- MOVIE WITH INVISIGAL.
This is another choice that entirely depends on your preference for who you want Robert to have a relationship with. The outcome of this will be different, and this will impact future conversations in the upcoming episodes.
If you choose Blond Blazer, then you get this dialogue option:
- Why care what I think?
- KISS HER. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- You could’ve dressed up.
If you choose Invisigal, then you get this dialogue option:
- We’re getting there.
- Thought we already were.
- Do you want to be?
This completes the episode, but you can always redo the episode and go for a different choice to see the different outcome and stick with it if you want. Here is a table for all the remaining episodes in Dispatch:
