How to Get Chimecho & Mega Chimecho In Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension
Chimecho and Mega Chimecho are Pokemon exclusive to the Mega Dimension DLC, so players need to purchase the DLC to be able to find and catch 
Chingling in Hyperspace Wild Zones. These dimensional rifts open for a brief window, and offer players a chance to catch rare Pokemon (like Chimecho), but they are randomly rolled, and they require players to start the Hyperdimension Survey Missions first.
Once players spot a Hyperspace Wild Zone with Chingling inside, they need to delve and catch it by using Donuts prepared by Ansha and Hoopa. Chingling evolves into Chimecho by having a high friendship level, and leveling up at Night.
Players can grab Chingling and take it to a cafe to raise its friendship level. Now, with Chimechoin their party, let’s see where to find the Mega Stone required to evolve it into Mega Chimecho:
- Observe the map carefully and look for 2-Star Rifts with the Unidentified Mega Stone Detected! label.
- Grab a Donut with at least +30 Hyperspace Level Bonus and mark the rift in the map.
- Approach the rift, select the Donut, and enter.
- Players will face a Rogue Mega Chimecho inside, and players need to be extremely careful with the remaining time. The more calories a Donut has, the longer the timer will go before the rift closes.
- Unlike regular Battle Zone and Wild Zone rifts, the Mega Evolution Rifts do not vanish, so players can try again if they fail.
How to Catch Mewtwo in Pokemon Legends Z-A

Mega Chimecho is a decent Pokemon, that has an enormous boost to its Defense, Special Defense, Special Attack, and Speed. It’s quite a decent move for a Steel/Psychic-type, though it doesn’t reach the levels of Mega Metagross. For all its worth, Mega Chimecho can deal with lots of adversaries in both PvE and PvP, being classified as Tier A in both cases.
Its ideal moveset consists of Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, and Protect. Due to its moderate speed, it cannot spam Protect too often, but it sure does the trick by having decent coverage. Trainers can also teach it Steel Beam if they manage to find the Secret TM vendor in Lumiose’s alleys.
