One of the main attractions of Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A is the introduction of Mega Raichu X &Y. These two Mega Evolutions can be obtained relatively early in the DLC, but players need to complete certain requisites first.

Where To Find Raichu Mega Stones In Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC
To obtain the Mega Stones required to Mega Evolve Raichu in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC, players must first complete two Trade Side Quests related to Raichu in Lumiose. The first one is ‘A Use for an Evolution Stone‘ which is a relatively early Side Mission that involves trading a Pikachu for a Heracross. The second one is Side Mission 108: Alola, Raichu! which involves trading a local Raichu for an Alolan one.
Now, once players have unlocked those two Side Missions, they will need to progress further in the Mega Dimension DLC to unlock Tier-2 Rifts (2 Stars). That means players will have to complete the first Hyperdimension Survey for Corbeau, then return to the Rust Syndicate and speak to him.
Then, the next step is to complete the first Mega Evolution Rift and battle Rogue Mega Absol Z. Once this is done, players will be sent once more to Hotel Z to talk to the team. After a brief encounter with Lebanne and Gwynn, players will be able to explore more rifts and complete their second survey mission.

Defeat Mewtwo and acquire its Mega Evolution Stones in Pokemon Legends Z-A.
Now, Two-Star Rifts should be appearing all over the map. Players need to search for a distortion rift labeled ‘Unknown Side Mission Detected! Unidentified Mega Stone Detected!‘ That way, players will know it’s a Hyperspace Lumiose incursion that has a Side Quest inside.
Search around the distortion rift to discover the two NPCs that traded a Pikachu and a Raichu in the Side Quests mentioned above. They’ll be accompanied by two Raichu so they are hard to miss.
Talk to them to start Side Mission 139: ‘The Dauntless Raichu Duo’, and battle the two Mega Evolved Raichu. Once players have beaten them, they’ll receive the Raichunite X and Raichunite Z as a reward. From now on, equipping this Mega Stone to a Raichu will unlock either of these two new Mega Evolutions.
It is important to mention that players need to have the Mega Dimension DLC and an updated version of Pokemon Legends Z-A to be able to unlock this Side Mission and obtaining the Mega Stones. Pokemon holding Mega Stones are not tradeable, so there’s no way to obtain them unless they purchase the DLC.
