The main difficulty comes in differentiating between the Adenoviral Body, Chromatic Staphylococcus, and the Corneal Infiltrate, as they are all orange blobs at a distance.
The Ocular Spicular Bacterium and Phage Complex also looks similar, but the former is crucially pink, whereas the latter is orange. Double checking discrepencies like this is key to identifying symptoms in Quarantine Zone.
