How to Unlock the Gooch Outfit in GTA Online
How to Easily Spawn the Gooch in GTA Online
In order to get the Gooch outfit in GTA Online, you must first meet the following requirements:
- Be in any Free Mode session for over 48 minutes in real time
- Be in a Free Mode session that has at least two players (can be private/closed/friends only)
- You need to have at least $10,000 cash, not in the bank. (The more the better)
- You need to have a few snacks in your inventory. (The more the better)
Now that you’re in a session that has at least 2 players, you’ll want to simply wait around and AFK out in the open of Los Santos. We recommend near the Diamond Casino or Vespucci Beach, as these are very public and open areas that will make it easier to spot the Gooch.
It’s going to take some time, so patience is needed. Once over 48 minutes of real time have passed, the Gooch will spawn behind you and rob you. As soon as you can stand back up, you will have 2 minutes to kill the Gooch. Failing to do so will result in the Gooch disappearing.
If you are able to kill the Gooch (any gun will do), then he will drop a present that you can collect, which contains the Gooch Outfit. You can now equip The Gooch Outfit in the Outfits: Festive section of your wardrobe.
The Gooch will not spawn in solo sessions, and there is no way to force him to spawn. We recommend having more cash on hand than other players, as it’s likely that the Gooch will target you over other players. Private sessions with another player are a safer way to get the Gooch outfit.
