Aegis
Block 500 damage with Armor as Sir Oofie
Armor lessens hits when players take damage in Megabonk. Gamers can invest in the Armor stat by activating the Armor Tome or selecting Armor gain at a Charge Shrine when available. However, doing the former makes this quest much easier to complete. Players can unlock the Armor Tome by killing 5,000 enemies as Sir Oofie, the second starting character in Megabonk.
Bananarang
Find the hidden banana
The hidden banana can be found on the Forest map. They can find it by exploring this map, but if they’re having trouble reaching it before the final swarm appears, they can try upgrading their agility stat so they can cover a wider area faster.
Aura
Don’t take any damage for two minutes
The first stage in the game is the easiest one to complete this quest, and it should be fairly straightforward as long as players avoid getting too close to swarms.
If gamers find it easy to avoid damage in Megabonk, they might want to try the Fragile Challenge sometime.
Axe
Kill 2,000 enemies using the Sword
The Sword is available at the start of Megabonk, and it is the default weapon of Sir Oofie. Whether players pick Sir Oofie so they can start a run with the sword or pick another character and pick the Sword as their secondary weapon, they’ll complete this quest sooner or later.
Space Noodle
Complete Desert Tier 2 as Tony McZoom
Players must beat the Stage Boss on Desert Tier 2 using the Tony McZoom character to receive the Space Noodle weapon.
To do this, they must complete Desert Tier 1 at least once to get access to Tier 2. After this, they must start a Tier 2 run with Tony McZoom, defeat Lil’ Anubis again, which will allow them to enter the portal onto the second part of the map. Lastly, they must find the boss portal once again and defeat Anubruh before the final swarm overtakes them.
Sniper Rifle
Get the Precision Tome to Level 10
The Precision Tome increases the chances of getting a critical hit on an enemy. Players must level up this tome to obtain the Sniper Rifle, the weapon required to unlock Bush.
Slutty Rocket
Kill 15,000 enemies as CL4NK
Players can unlock CL4NK by taking down the boss in Forest Tier 1 before the final swarm eliminates them. Once they’ve done this, they have to eliminate enemies while using this character.
Shotgun
5 percent chance to find upon breaking a Tumbleweed on Desert Stage 2
Tumbleweeds are transported by the wind on the Desert map. Players must take down the Stage 1 Desert map boss and reach the second stage. Then, they have to break as Tumbleweeds and hope the RNG grants them the Shotgun.
Mines
Kill 7,500 enemies with Slutty Rocket
After unlocking the Slutty Rocket weapon mentioned above, players will be able to get the Mines weapon by taking down enemies with it.
Wireless Dagger
Get the Lightning Staff to Level 15
The Lightning Staff is one of the first weapons available in Megabonk. Players must upgrade it to Level 15 to unlock the Wireless Dagger.
Frostwalker
Freeze 1,000 enemies with the Ice Cube
The Ice Cube is a legendary rarity item in Megabonk that has a 20 percent chance to inflict ice damage on an enemy when it hits them; it can also freeze them. If players are lucky enough to come across this item on a run, they must acquire it and use it on as many enemies as soon as possible.
Tornado
Charge a Charge Shrine during a Sandstorm on Desert (5)
There are Sandstorms on the Desert map in Megabonk, and they make it much harder for players to see what surrounds them.
To complete this quest, players should stand near a Charge Shrine and then wait for a Sandstorm to come. Once to begins, they must immediately charge it and increase their quest progress.
Dexecutioner
Kill 12,500 enemies using the Sword
To grind Sword kills, players should play the first Forest stage, increase the difficulty so there are more monster spawns, and try to reach the final swarm to get as many kills as they can.
Blood Magic
Get the Bloody Tome to Level 12
The Bloody Tome increases Lifesteal, and players can unlock it by killing 12,500 enemies. It can be unlocked simply by playing the game, but fans can speed up the process by increasing difficulty and taking down swarms.
Black Hole
Get the Knockback Tome to Level 10
The Knockback Tome is available right away. Players have to do a run where they choose it, and then focus on upgrading it until it’s Level 10.
Poison Flask
Kill Scorpionussy Miniboss on Desert three times
The Scorpionussy is a boss that spawns either at the start or end of a Desert map run. Players have to successfully eliminate it a total of three times to complete this quest.
Katana
5 percent chance to find upon breaking a Tumbleweed on Desert Stage 1
Tumbleweeds can be found tumbling across the Desert map. Players must chase them and press E to break them and retrieve the items inside; there is a small chance that this will unlock the Katana in Megabonk.
Dragon’s Breath
Kill 1,000 Wisp as Fox on Desert
Wisp are the ghost-like enemies that spawn on the Desert map in Megabonk. To obtain the Dragon’s Breath weapon, gamers will have to play as Fox, the first character on the selection screen, and kill a total of 1,000 Wisp enemies on Desert.
Dice
Get Luck Tome to Level 12
The Luck Tome has a 0,01 percent chance to drop as enemy loot. Once players unlock the Luck Tome, they must get it to Level 12 during a run to gain access to Dice as a weapon.
Hero Sword
Defeat a Stage Boss without picking up any items, powerups, or using shrines
During a run, players are tasked with finding the boss spawn location on the map and killing it. To get the Hero Sword in Megabonk, players have to find the boss and defeat it without ever using items, powerups, or shrines (Charge Shrines, Greed Shrines, etc). This means that they must become strong enough only by upgrading their weapons and tomes, and they must actively avoid powerups on the ground, chests, and shrines.
Corrupted Sword
Get Cursed Tome to Level 20 in under 10 minutes
The Cursed Tome only becomes available if players are able to find and beat the stage boss within five minutes of starting their run. Next, they have to do another run where they can get the Cursed Tome to Level 20 before the final swarm.
To complete this challenge, players should only attempt it whenever they get the option to activate the Cursed Tome early into the run. Then, they should focus entirely on XP-related tomes and upgrades, and then refresh (or even banish) any upgrades that are not related to XP or the Cursed Tome.
Scythe
Kill Big Bob on Graveyard
Big Bob is the main boss on the Graveyard map. Unlike other stage bosses, there’s more to encountering Big Bob than simply activating the portal hidden on the map. To challenge Big Bob, players will have to find the four Crypt Keys on Graveyard, open the Crypt Door, and find him deep inside the crypt.
Besides using their items, tomes, and weapons, players will have to stand near the lamps in the room and activate the four of them in order to deal damage to Big Bob. This is also particularly important because Big Bob has a death blow attack that will one-shot players if they aren’t within the lamps’ light.
Just like Lil’ Bark, Big Bob summons large trees that will send the player flying. This is particularly dangerous because he will also fill the room with lava, which can damage players, and also because it might kick them out of the safety provided by a lamp’s light.
Players must avoid Big Bob’s attacks will continuing to deal damage to him if they want to unlock the Scythe in Megabonk.
