How to Get the Uncivil Discourse God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for Uncivil Discourse?
- Uncivil Discourse can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- Uncivil Discourse is inspired by the DL-44, a weapon used by Han Solo.
- PvE God Roll: Cooling Baubles, Jolting Feedback
- PvP God Roll: Lone Wolf, Opening Shot
Uncivil Discourse is a Special Ammo Hand Cannon that fires Arc shots at a 180 RPM. With a beefy damage output and decent range, this weapon will soon become the king of cool and the king of the meta.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for Uncivil Discourse:

With Cooling Baubles, elemental pickups, and Orb of Powers you collect will reduce the heat build-up, thus allowing you to fire more shots without the need to vent. Jolting Feedback is always a great choice for Arc weapons, especially with a fast-firing Hand Cannon such as this, where repeated damage will inflict Jolt faster.

|
Perk 2 |
Opening Shot |
Uncivil Discourse isn’t the best in PvP, purely because it requires Special Ammo. However, Lone Wolf becomes a great choice for those who want more accuracy when they’re isolated from their team, and Opening Shot provides better range and accuracy from the first shot (Han shot first!)
How to Get the Refurbished A499 God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for Refurbished A499?
- Refurbished A499 can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- The Refurbished A499 is inspired by the Amban Sniper Rifle, a weapon used by Mandalorians.
- PvE God Roll: Snapshot Sights, Aggregate Charge
- PvP God Roll: n/a
The Refurbished A499 is a Heavy Kinetic Sniper Rifle that sits in a comfortable spot for PvE thanks to its hard-hitting damage for DPS options in the current meta against other Sniper Rifles. Unfortunately, the Perks make for a mediocre God Roll.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for the Refurbished A499:
|
Barrel |
Arrowhead Break |
|
Magazine |
Flared Magwell |
|
Perk 1 |
Snapshot Sights |
|
Perk 2 |
Aggregate Charge |
Snapshot Sights will help with the Refurbished A499, as it grants a faster time to aim down sights, along with a further increase to stability. This means that you can aim for those crit spots faster once the DPS phase has initiated against beefier enemies. For the second Perk, we recommend Aggregate Charge, as the weapon deals more damage when the targeted enemy has elemental debuffs applied. This is always useful, especially when a Heavy Weapon should be reserved for bosses that you will be debuffing before DPS anyway.
The Refurbished A499 is not competent for PvP, as it’s a Heavy Weapon, so a PvP roll won’t be considered.
How to Get the Compact Defender God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for Compact Defender?
- Compact Defender can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- Compact Defender is inspired by the Defender Sporting Blaster Pistol, a weapon used by Leia Organa.
- PvE God Roll: Destabilizing Rounds, Repulsor Brace
- PvP God Roll: Delicate Tuning, Precision Instrument
Compact Defender is a 360 RPM Sidearm with Void damage. This weapon is great thanks to its high base damage, fast fire rate, and wonderful set of Perks that always make Void a treat.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for the Compact Defender:
|
Barrel |
Arrowhead Brake |
|
Magazine |
Accelerated Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Destabilizing Rounds |
|
Perk 2 |
Repulsor Brace |
Destabilizing Rounds and Repuslor Brace are always must-have perks when it comes to Void weapons, especially fast-firing ones like the Compact Defender. Destabilizing Rounds creates a Void burst on a defeated target to make other enemies volatile and give you Volatile Rounds, while Repulsor Brace provides you with an overshield when you defeat Void-debuffed targets, which is always assured with Volatile Rounds.
Here’s the PvP God Roll for the Compact Defender:
|
Barrel |
Corkscrew Rifling |
|

Overclocked Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Delicate Tuning |
|
Perk 2 |
Precision Instrument |
Compact Defender is a Sidearm, so PVP usage is very limited. However, perks like Delicate Tuning will allow for improved range, handling, and accuracy when at low heat, which can come in handy for fights at a distance. As such, Precision Instrument also provides a damage buff to precision hits to ensure you get the kill.
How to Get the All or Nothing God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for All or Nothing?
- All or Nothing can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- All or Nothing is inspired by the EE-3 Carbine Rifle, a weapon used by Boba Fett.
- PvE God Roll: Firefly, Sword Logic
- PvP God Roll: Perpetual Motion, Headseeker
All or Nothing is a Strand Pulse Rifle with the Dynamic Heat Weapon archetype, which allows for high base damage at the cost of high heat generation.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for All or Nothing:
|
Barrel |
Fluted Barrel |
|
Magazine |
Accelerated Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Firefly |
|
Perk 2 |
Sword Logic |
All or Nothing has some nice perks to roll with, but for the first perk, we went with Firefly. This ensures that precision final blows explode targets and increase venting speed, which is great for such an accurate and stable weapon. All or Nothing fires fast and hits hard, so Sword Logic will increase the strength of the weapon even more with each enemy killed. Kill 5 enemies in a short duration, and that’s a 50% damage buff.
Here’s the PvP God Roll for All or Nothing:
|
Barrel |
Smallbore |
|
Magazine |
Tactical Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Perpetual Motion |
|
Perk 2 |
Headseeker |
All or Nothing also benefits in PvP. Perpetual Motion comes in handy thanks to the bonus in stability, handling, and venting speed when in motion. For Perk 2, Headseeker is great, as body shots you land will increase precision damage and aim assist, so a single body shot, then a headshot, is a guaranteed kill against most Guardians.
How to Get the M-17 “Fast Talker” God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for M-17 “Fast Talker”?
- M-17 “Fast Talker” can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- M-17 “Fast Talker” is inspired by the DC-17m, a weapon used by Clone Commandos.
- PvE God Roll: Cooling Baubles, Crystalline Corpsebloom
- PvP God Roll: Killing Wind, Target Lock
M-17 “Fast Talker” is a Stasis Submachine Gun with the Balanced Heat Weapon archetype, ensuring power against powerful combatants with low heat generation. With a low impact, but a blitzing 900 RPM, this weapon certainly talks fast.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for the M-17 “Fast Talker”:
|
Barrel |
Hammer-Forged Rifling |
|
Magazine |
Tactical Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Cooling Baubles |
|
Perk 2 |
Crystalline Corpsebloom |
M-17 “Fast Talker” has a mixture of perks to choose from, but Cooling Baubles is a great choice to ensure that this fast-firing SMG doesn’t need to be vented so soon, as you can collect an Orb of Power or elemental pickup to reduce the heat. Perk 2 is where the real juice comes from, as Crystalline Corpsebloom generates Stasis crystals near rapid final blows to ensure dense areas stay controlled.
Here’s the PvP God Roll for the M-17 “Fast Talker”:
|
Barrel |
Smallbore |
|
Magazine |
Tactical Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Killing Wind |
|
Perk 2 |
Target Lock |
The M-17 “Fast Talker” has a mixture of perks for PvP, but we went with Killing Wind to ensure final blows grant increased mobility, weapon range, and handling for 5.5 seconds. Target Lock is also great, as it increases damage for sustained damage on a target, ensuring your bullets will hit harder than your opponent’s.
How to Get the Modified B-7 Pistol God Roll in Destiny 2
What’s the God Roll for Modified B-7 Pistol?
- Modified B-7 Pistol can be acquired through Renegades Activities on the Lawless Frontier.
- The Modified B-7 Pistol is inspired by the K-16 Bryar Pistol, a weapon used by the Rebel Alliance.
- PvE God Roll: Firefly, Headstone
- PvP God Roll: Delicate Tuning, Opening Shot
The Modified B-7 Pistol is a Stasis Hand Cannon that has an 180 RPM, but this is fortunately bolstered by the Dynamic Heat Frame that allows it to deal more damage and cooldown faster at the cost of a higher heat build-up.
Here’s the PvE God Roll for the Modified B-7 Pistol:
|
Barrel |
Fluted Barrel |
|
Magazine |
Enhanced Heatsink |
|
Perk 1 |
Firefly |
|
Perk 2 |
Headstone / Thermal Atomization |
Firefly is a great choice for any weapon, especially Hand Cannons, where every shot counts. Precision Kills with this weapon will increase reload speed (allowing for faster heat transfer) and cause the target to explode to deal Solar damage to nearby enemies. Paired with Headstone, those Precision Kills will provide a Solar explosion and a Stasis crystal. Alternatively, you can use Thermal Atomization to deal increased damage and cause enemies to explode when the weapon is at high heat.
Here’s the PvP God Roll for the Modified B-7 Pistol:
|
Barrel |
Arrowhead Break |
|
Magazine |
Projection Fuse |
|
Perk 1 |
Delicate Tuning |
|
Perk 2 |
Opening Shot |
The Modified B-7 Pistol isn’t a stellar choice for PvP, but the Perks above might help make this a tad more viable. The perks above help to increase the handling, accuracy, and range of the weapon, which is something this Hand Cannon needs if you want to enjoy its hard-hitting impact and damage falloff.
