If you need the help of a Pokemon with the Fly Specialty in Pokopia‘s Bleak Beach area for whatever reason, they’re kind of hard to come across. A pair of Water/Flying-type Pokemon that you should be able to summon rather easily are none other than Wingull and its evolution, Pelipper.
Both of these Pokemon have the Water and Fly Specialties, making them pretty useful for certain tasks. They both have a chance of appearing in two of the same habitats, so this guide will cover what those habitats are and how to go about making them at Bleak Beach in Pokemon Pokopia.

There are 213 habitats in Pokemon Pokopia. Here’s how to make them all.
Bleak Beach Fly Pokemon in Pokopia
Wingull and Pelipper
Wingull appears as a common spawn in the Elevated Yellow Tall Grass habitat, which you can make by using four pieces of Yellow tall grass in any high-up location at Bleak Beach. Just use your Leafage move on blocks with natural grass, as shown in the image above. Pelipper will also appear, but as a rare spawn.

The second habitat you can create to spawn a Wingull (or Pelipper) is the Windy Flower Bed, created using one of Bleak Beach’s Windmills and four Seashore Flowers.
If you don’t have any seashore flower seeds, you can do what we did and use the Rototiller move to grab some from the cliffs to the east of the Pokemon Center and place them next to a windmill. Wingull is a common spawn for this habitat as well, and Pelipper is rare.
You can also find a Crobat (it has the Fly Specialty too) in the Elevated Yellow Tall Grass habitat, but it’s way rarer than Wingull and Pelipper.
