While players may be hunting to solve the Main Easter Egg Quest, one crucial step that fans will need to do is acquire the map’s Wonder Weapon. This is none other than the iconic Blundergat from Mob of the Dead. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to get the Blundergat in Paradox Junction.

While you can get the Blundergat via the Mystery Box, this guide will cover how to build the weapon as part of the Easter Egg Quest. The pieces for the Wonder Weapon can also be acquired in any order, so feel free to jumble some of the steps.

How to Get The Barrel Part
To get the Barrel, you will need to feed zombie souls to a specific Loot Cyst. Loot Cysts can be found all around the map in the future nuked version of the map and look like glowing green or growths. However, to identify which cyst has the Barrel, check each one and listen out for a humming sound.
Once you have identified the correct Cyst, feed it souls by luring enemies nearby and killing them. After enough souls have been fed to the Cyst, it will explode and drop the Blundergat Barrel.
How to Get The Hammer Part
To get the Hammer, first grab the SO3 vial item from the second floor of the yellow house in the nuked future version of Nuketown. Next, head to the green house and then to the kitchen. Interact with the kitchen sink to turn the taps on and begin a chemical reaction. Interact with the sink again to fill the vial with acid.
After this, head to the past version of Nuketown, either automatically following a Special Round or by using the Temporal Conduits. Here, move around the map and interact with mannequins to melt them. You can only melt a total of three mannequins, all of which need to have their entire body intact. These mannequins can be found in the following locations:
- Inside and behind the green and yellow house
- Around the middle of the map at Cul-De-Sac
- Dotted around Trinity Ave (Pack-a-Punch location)
Afterward, head back to the future via the Temporal Conduits and check each of the mannequins you have melted. They can potentially award you a free Perk and, if you are lucky, the Hammer part for the Blundergat. If they do not drop the part, simply skip a round, interact with the sync again, and repeat the process.
Where to Find the Sealant Part
For the next step, while still in the past version of Nuketown, go to the yellow house and up to the bedroom on the second floor. On a bookshelf, you can find Sealant, which is the third part of the Blundergat.
How to Find The Stock Part
To get the Stock, first head to the future and locate one of several different black growths. These can be found growing on several different walls in the following locations:
- In the garage of the yellow house (house on the east side)
- At the top of the staircase of the green house (house on the west side)
- At Trinity Ave. to the left of the VS Recon wallbuy
Listen to each wall until you hear an audio cue, which will sound like shimmering. Then, take note of which wall you heard the sound effect at. From here, head to the past version of Nuketown and go to the exact spot where you heard the sound. Use an explosive on the wall to blow a hole in it. Finally, return to the future to the same location to get The Stock.
How to Build the Blundergat on Paradox Junction
Now that you have all the parts for the Blundergat, it’s time to build it. Head to the truck in the middle of the map and open it using Essence. Here, melee the Workbench to reveal the mold for the Blundergat, which you can interact with to craft. Be careful, however, as you will be locked into a crafting animation, so make sure no zombies are around you beforehand.
After following all these steps, you will be granted the Blundergat Wonder Weapon. Afterward, you can Pack-a-Punch the gun and even go ahead and begin upgrading it to the Sundergat.
