Starfield Calibrator		Starfield Calibrator is one of the only Broadblades that gives DEF%, which is good for Mornye’s stats. Most importantly, the 5-star weapon gives Concerto Energy when Mornye casts her Resonance Liberation. This smooths her rotations and helps her become a better support in Wuthering Waves. Additionally, Starfield Calibrator gives Mornye a lot of Energy Regen from its substat, which helps her cast her Resonance Liberation more often. The extra Energy Regen also plays a part in buffing Mornye’s Crit value, giving her an acceptable extra DMG for a healer.
Discord		When going into an F2P weapon for Mornye in Wuthering Waves, it’s better to go straight for Discord. It gives her the two most crucial stats she needs, which are Energy Regen and Concerto Energy. There’s no need to look for another weapon for her, as all other options greatly underperform compared to Discord.

Mornye can fully grant her team the 25% ATK buff since she has a 50% Off-Tune Buildup Rate buff from her Syntony Field on top of the default 100%. She will always be healing, so she can also keep up the ATK% buff 100% of the time during combat.
Rejuvenating Glow		As a healer, you can easily build Mornye with the Rejuvenating Glow set. She will buff the team’s ATK by 15% for the entire combat. All she has to do is keep healing the team.

Even if it’s not comparable to the buffs other characters get from their main Echoes, it’s still a powerful option. Getting Energy Regen for Mornye is always good, as it also buffs her Resonance Liberation’s Crit value and allows her to cast it more frequently.
Fallacy of No Return		For the Rejuvenating Glow set, go for the Fallacy of No Return main echo. It grants Mornye 10% Energy Regen on top of a 10% ATK buff for the entire team. This makes the Rejuvenating Glow set a very close choice after Halo of Starry Radiance, since the total ATK buff will reach 25% while Mornye still gets her Energy Regen. Basically, if you have this set ready, you don’t have to farm the Halo of Starry Radiance set for Mornye.
