Although Mornye’s kit aims to make her a universal support in Wuthering Waves, she still struggles against the other universal supports, like Verina and Shorekeeper. However, she still shines in her niche teams where she performs slightly better as a healer and a buffer. Here are Mornye’s best teams in Wuthering Waves:

Playing alongside a strong Tune Breaker like Lynae gives Mornye a lot of value in her team. While Lynae sets the field for the main DPS to break enemies and deal a lot of DMG to them, Mornye increases the team’s Off-Tune Buildup Rate while offering them a good deal of universal buffs like the 25% All DMG Amplification on her Outro Skill. Iuno can operate as a strong main DPS that will take advantage of both Lynae and Mornye’s buffs and utility. You can replace her with any DPS that deals DMG through their Resonance Liberation.

Generally, you want to quickly enter Mornye’s Wide Field Observation Mode to get her buffs ready and trigger her Outro Skill faster. Because of this, it’s better not to start the battle with her, as it will slowly build up her Wide Field Observation Mode. Instead, start with Lynae and fill her Concerto Energy, which will buff and trigger Mornye’s Intro Skill. This lets her immediately enter her Wide Field Observation Mode. After that, you can continue a normal rotation that starts with Mornye and ends with Iuno in Wuthering Waves.

Other than Tune Break teams, Mornye can pair with Lupa to buff any Fusion DPS in Wuthering Waves. The idea here is to maximize Lupa’s buffs, which require three Fusion units in the same team while still having all of Mornye’s universal buffs. Since Lupa gives the next resonator a Fusion and Basic Attack DMG buffs, Brant and Encore are the best contenders to lead this team’s DMG. However, given how broken Galbrena is, she can also operate in this mono-Fusion team and do just as much DMG, if not better.

After the first rotation, Mornye should always start the team’s rotation to heal the team and reset their HP when they re-enter the field. She also increases the Off-Tune Buildup Rate for the entire team, helping them break enemies’ Tune faster. That’s not even the best part, as Mornye also increases the DMG enemies take by a whopping 40%, on top of the 25% DMG Amplification she grants the team with her Outro Skill.

All of that happens before Lupa even shares any of her utility with the team. These kinds of Fusion teams for Mornye will surely give any Fusion Resonator the push they need to perform at the same level, if not slightly better, than the best DPS units in Wuthering Waves.
