Where to Find Stabilizer Blueprint in StarRupture
The Stabilizer Blueprint can be found at the top of a tower in Claywood’s Research outpost, found northeast of your starting base. I’ve marked the exact location on the map below.
To reach Claywood’s Research Outpost, head northeast towards the enormous ship engine that has crashed into the planet. While the outpost itself is just before this, this is the exact direction you want to travel in. Alternatively, you can take the path just to the northeast of Griffith’s Research Outpost found north of your base and hug the mountain range as you head east to find Claywood’s Research Outpost right ahead of you.
Now that you’re here, you want to climb up the side of the mountain on the outpost’s southwest side until you find yourself underneath the metal walkway that’s been built alongside the cliff face.
There are a ton of Vermin here that will attack you as soon as you get close, including some that spit venom at you from a distance. Make sure that you take an Assault Rifle as this makes it far easier to kill them. The pistol also works but isn’t as effective at range and so can make this more difficult.
Crouch underneath the walkway to reach the stairs and then walk onto the platform. You’ll see a large tower next to this.
On the northwest side of the tower, you’ll see a bit of a walkway you can jump over to. With some precise jumping, make your way over to it. Keep working your way around the tower by jumping from platform to platform. Eventually, you’ll reach the remainder of the stairs that’ll bring you to the top of the tower.
Here, you’ll find a blue storage box placed in the corner. Open it up and you’ll find the Stabilizer Blueprint inside. There are also some War Bonds and some tech you can analyze for some easy Data Points.
As soon as you pick up the blueprint, be prepared for another vermin ambush. The easiest way to deal with these is to let them all gather, then use your grenade if it’s fully charged. The grenade attracts enemies towards it before exploding, making it easy to pick off the straddlers before making your escape.
Return to your base and access the Recipe Station. Find the Stabilizer under the Fabricator sub-menu and select the ‘Insert’ option to submit it. You’ll also need 100 Rotors and 300 Titanium Rods to complete the recipe.
