Steam Users Have Until January 10 to Claim Multiplayer Game for Free
From now until Saturday, January 10 at 12:00pm CST, Steam users can claim a free 8-player multiplayer co-op/PvP game free of charge. PC gamers have been spoiled when it comes to free games lately, with December 2025 seeing all kinds of freebies given away across platforms like Steam and the Epic Games Store.
Free Steam games were given out every week in December, with a wide variety of games available for users to claim for their digital libraries and keep forever. Over on the Epic Games Store, even more free games were up for grabs. Epic Games Store hosts its annual free mystery game promotion every year, where it gives away free titles as a way to count down to the new year. The Epic Games Store free games giveaway ended with Total War: Three Kingdoms and Wildgate, both of which are free until January 8 at 10:00am CST, at which point they will be cycled out and replaced by Bloons TD 6.

PC gamers should be sure to claim the latest Epic Games Store free games, but they should also hop on over to Steam and claim its latest freebie as well. From now until January 10 at 12:00pm CST, Steam users can claim the 8-player multiplayer game Billie’s Wheelie for free. For those unfamiliar with the game, Billie’s Wheelie is a racing platformer where players take on the role of a hamster. Billie’s Wheelie‘s online multiplayer support is its big draw, as are its colorful tracks. It’s a cute little racing game with its fair share of absurd power-ups that should make it appeal to gamers that enjoy kart racers like Mario Kart, and Sonic Racing.

Billie’s Wheelie normally retails for $4.99, so if you happen to miss the freebie window but still want to add it to your library, at least you can do so without breaking the bank. Anyone jumping into the game should note that it has earned “Positive” reviews from Steam users, and while it seems like a fairly simple experience, there is at least some progression and plans for future updates that will add more content to the game.
As far as progression goes, Billie’s Wheelie encourages players to customize their hamster and ball to set themselves apart from other players online.
