Divinity Original Sin 2: All Companion Locations

There are six companions players can recruit to join their party in Divinity: Original Sin 2. After the starting sequence, all six companions can be found scattered across Act 1 in Fort Joy and its surrounding areas.

Although players can only bring three companions to their party at any one time, it is still possible to recruit all six by first dismissing a companion and recruiting another one to join the party. This guide covers the locations of all companions in DOS2, how to recruit them to the party, as well as where they go if they are dismissed.

Where to Find Red Prince in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Red Prince Location in DOS2

Red Prince can be found standing on top of a rock jutting out towards the ocean west of Fort Joy (X:167, Y:280) in Divinity: Original Sin 2. From the starting location where you land on the beach, head south, and you’ll encounter him by the side of the road.

Where To Find Red Prince If Dismissed

• If Red Prince is dismissed in Act 1, he will return to his starting location by the beach.
• If Red Prince is dismissed after visiting Amadia’s Sanctuary in Act 1, he can be found near Bahara’s location, on top of some wooden scaffolding next to the entrance.
• If Red Prince is dismissed in Act 2 or later, he can be found on the Lady Vengeance.

Where to Find Beast in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Beast can be found hammering away at a shipwreck directly west of the Fort Joy Square Waypoint (X:125, Y:163), on the beach, south of where you fight the Saltwater Crocodiles for the Gloves of Teleportation in Divinity: Original Sin 2. He is easy to miss if you’re not paying attention.

Where To Find Beast If Dismissed

• If Beast is dismissed in Act 1, he returns to the shipwreck where he was first found.
• If Beast is dismissed after escaping Fort Joy in Act 1, he can be found in Amadia’s Sanctuary, next to Exter, regardless of whether you’ve visited this location or not.
• If Beast is dismissed after Act 2, he can be found in the Lady Vengeance, patrolling the deck.

Where to Find Lohse in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Lohse Location in DOS2

Lohse can be found standing in front of the shrine right next to the Fort Joy – Square waypoint (X:206, Y:167) in Divinity: Original Sin 2. She can be identified by her white prisoner clothes and red hair.

Where To Find Lohse If Dismissed

• If Lohse is dismissed in Act 1, she returns to Fort Joy Square.
• If Lohse is dismissed after visiting Amadia’s Sanctuary in Act 1, she can be found standing inside the healing pool in front of the shrine near Gratiana. If you’ve activated the healing pool’s fog, she can be hard to spot.
• If Lohse is dismissed after Act 2, she can be found on the Lady Vengeance, near the Magic Mirror’s location in the lower deck.

Where to Find Ifan Ben-Mezd in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Ifan Ben-Mezd can be found standing in the middle of Fort Joy Square (X:207, Y:182), near Lohse’s location by the main door in Divinity: Original Sin 2. After going through the cutscene with the magisters when entering Fort Joy, he should be the very first NPC players encounter.

Where To Find Ifan Ben-Mezd If Dismissed

• If Ifan is dismissed in Act 1, he returns to his previous location.
• If Ifan is dismissed after visiting Amadia’s Sanctuary in Act 1, he can be found in the Sanctuary near the tents.
• If Ifan is dismissed in Act 2 or later, he can be found inside the Lady Vengeance on the middle deck.

Where to Find Sebille in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Sebille can be found crouching near some debris south of Griff’s Camp (X:184, Y:100), near the entrance to the Caverns, and Buddy the dog in Divinity: Original Sin 2. Like Lohse, she is wearing a simple white dress and a Source Collar around her neck.

Where To Find Sebille If Dismissed

• If Sebille is dismissed in Act 1, she returns to her previous location.
• If Sebille is dismissed after escaping Fort Joy, she can be found on the wooden walkway in Amadia’s Sanctuary overlooking the healing pool.
• If Sebille is dismissed after Act 2, she can be found inside the Lady Vengeance, on the lowest deck.

Where to Find Fane in Divinity: Original Sin 2

Fane the undead wizard can be found in a hidden area north of Fort Joy (X:273, Y:275) in Divinity: Original Sin 2. To find him, go to the location marked on the map above and look for a stone archway. Grass vines fall down like a curtain on this archway, masking the fact that it leads to a hidden area. Walk through them, and you’ll find Fane hunched over a poison pool just ahead.

• If Fane is dismissed in Act 1, he returns to his previous location.
• If Fane is dismissed after visiting Amadia’s Sanctuary in Act 1, he can be found here on the beach next to the dead magister.
• If Fane is dismissed after Act 2, he can be found on the Lady Vengeance on the middle deck.
