Altar of Lies (Belial) — Located in Fractured Peaks, Seat of the Heavens
Altar of Sin (Azmodan) — Located in Hawezar, Umir Plateau
Altar of Pain (Duriel) — Located in Caldeum, just outside the southern portion of the city

Each of these altars requires players to offer a Purified Essence of their associated Lesser Evil: a Purified Claw of Andariel, Purified Eye of Belial, Purified Tongue of Azmodan, and a Purified Horn of Duriel, respectively. These items are rare counterparts to their corrupted versions that drop when players defeat one of the Lesser Evils in Diablo 4 Season 11.
