All Boss Weaknesses in Elden Ring Nightreign
In Elden Ring Nightreign, you will need to take down a number of different bosses and mini-bosses while out in the world. The bosses, or Night Lords, that you have to battle are based on the expedition that you choose before setting out on your run.
Each Night Lord in Elden Ring Nightreign has a different combination of weaknesses and status effects that are useful for defeating them, and you will want to know all of these before heading into battle. This will allow you to better navigate the map to find weapons and items with those weaknesses.
Updated December 10, 2025, by Waseem Muhammad: With the release of the Forsaken Hollows DLC, players can now unlock two new playable Nightfarers, try out the new Great Hollow Shifting Earth that completely changes the whole layout of the map, and, most importantly, fight the new expedition bosses. The two Nightlords in the DLC fall in the middle ground in terms of how challenging they are compared to the rest of the bosses. Below, we have updated the tables to include the weaknesses for the DLC bosses, as well as another heading focusing slightly on how players might be able to optimize their run and find these weakness items.

Ironeye’s Remembrance Quest is not only one of the hardest, but it’s also connected to Elden Ring Nightreign’s ending.
All Boss Weaknesses Chart for Elden Ring Nightreign
Below is a chart containing each of the Nightreign Night Lords and their reactions to each of the elements and damage types. If the number is 0, that boss will take a normal amount of damage from that source. If the number is negative, it will take less damage than normal, and if the number is positive, this means that it is a weakness for that Night Lord.
For example, Fulghor takes normal damage for everything except Lightning and Holy damage; it takes increased damage from Lightning sources and decreased damage from Holy.

According to Twitter user @darksouls_2ch, the chart below is for how much of a certain type of status effect must be added to the bosses the first time before it takes on that status effect. For example, Adel in the Gaping Jaw boss fight requires 154 poison before it becomes Poisoned. If there is no number, it means that a specific Night Lord is immune to that status effect.
These numbers are just for the first time that the boss gets the status effect. Subsequent attempts to fill these meters will require more and more of them to trigger the full effect on every boss in Elden Ring Nightreign.

How To Get Weakness Weapons & Items for Nightlords in Elden Ring Nightreign
There are a number of ways to acquire weapons that can prove useful against the Nightlords on every expedition. Firstly, even before starting a run, you can equip certain Relics that grant your weapon the desired elemental damage. This will make your starting weapon a valuable asset throughout the run, even if you do not find a better weapon later on in the game. The weapon will be the lowest rarity, of course, so you will need to make sure you upgrade it by grabbing a Smithing Stone 2 from the Mines.
Secondly, you can focus on getting weapons and items once you load into the expedition. As soon as you open the map, you will see numerous buildings and locations all around with different elemental symbols below them. These indicate what elemental weapons you can get at these locations once you have defeated the boss there. Crates and Boxes that you can destroy here offer Grease and Pots as well, which are very useful for every Nightfarer, especially the Scholar.
