Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk Gets You Free Stuff in Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can now claim Jang Sao’s Champions of Renown Bundle for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. Typically priced at $69.99, the freebie marks the 37th perk made available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in December 2025.

Microsoft has been attaching limited-time bonuses to Xbox Game Pass memberships since the very inception of the service in mid-2017. Eligible users can claim perks in the Game Pass hub on consoles or the Benefits tab of the Xbox app for PC or mobile devices.

The latest Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk comes in the form of Jang Sao’s Champions of Renown Bundle, an extensive item pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms. Launched in early December 2025, the perk offers access to $69.99 worth of content for the free-to-play, Dungeons and Dragons-based idle game. This includes five fan-favorite Champions: Artemis, Kalix, Jang Sao, The Dark Uge, and Miria. An exclusive familiar called Striker the Hawk is also part of the package, together with 160 Platinum Champion Chests, 32 for each of the five featured heroes.

The newly launched offer is not the first time that Codename Entertainment’s game is giving away some digital goodies to Microsoft’s subscribers in 2025. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users were able to claim a conceptually similar Dungeon Master’s Champions of Renown Pack for Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms back in June, with the promotion being valid for two months. A similar timeframe is planned this time around, with Jang Sao’s Champions of Renown Bundle Contents being claimable until February 10, 2026.

All Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks in December 2025

The next Xbox Game Pass Ultimate perk set to expire is the Welcome Pack for The Finals, a first-person shooter from ARC Raiders developer Embark Studios, which will remain available until December 11. The November monthly bonus for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will expire the following day. Subscribers can also claim the fourth Game Pass Pack for Call of Duty: Warzone and the Sabrask Ekki Ace Skin for Splitgate 2 until December 15 and 18, respectively.

In terms of game arrivals, the latest Xbox Game Pass catalog update was on December 4, when Routine was added to the service as a day-one title. The next change is scheduled for December 9, when A Game About Digging A Hole, Death Howl, and Dome Keeper are all coming to both Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
