On top of that, the full passive of this relic set grants Cerydra the ability to greatly buff one of her allies’ Crit DMG. Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal is one of the best relic sets for Cerydra in Honkai: Star Rail.

Eagle of Twilight Line will always work on wind characters in Honkai: Star Rail. The ability to buff Cerydra’s DMG isn’t the point here. Instead, advancing her action by 25% every time she casts her Ultimate is what makes Eagle of Twilight Line useful to have.
