If you’re trying to raise Constitution in Where Winds Meet, the game doesn’t make it very obvious where to start. Constitution is tied to your gear, survivability, and overall combat strength, so if it’s too low, you’ll quickly notice yourself struggling, especially as enemies scale to your level. The good news is that there are a handful of reliable activities that can increase your Constitution in Where Winds Meet without grinding endlessly. Once you understand where these opportunities are, increasing Constitution becomes a simple part of your daily routine.

How to Get All Trophies/Achievements in Where Winds Meet

Here’s a complete trophy guide to help you earn all of the achievements in Where Winds Meet.

How to Increase the Constitution in Where Winds Meet

Daily Jogging

One of the easiest and most reliable methods is the daily jogging activity in Qinghe. Look for the Well of Heaven Disciples jogging along the path between the Heaven’s Pier and Blissful Retreat. Speak to any of the runners to begin the challenge. You’ll need to complete a set number of laps and time your chant correctly.

Jogging in Where Winds Meet

Make sure you perform the Slogan Snatch. This is important for a successful run. Completing the run gives you +1 Constitution per day, totaling a maximum of ten points per day. It resets every day, so doing this every day is the easiest way to build up your Constitution steadily.

Clearing Enemy Forts

Sundara Land in Where Winds Meet

You’ll find enemy forts marked with a red icon on the map, scattered across regions. Entering these Outposts and clearing every enemy inside will reward you with +5 Constitution on your first completion.

You can replay the forts later for loot, but the Constitution bonus only happens once. Even so, clearing just a few of them early on can make a noticeable difference in your stats.

Sumo Wrestling in Kaifeng

Sumo Wrestling unlocks later in the game once you reach Kaifeng in Where Winds Meet. In these wrestling challenges, you have to defeat multiple opponents in a row. Some players have reported that winning these matches grants Constitution, but this is usually a slower method compared to running and Outposts. Still, it’s a useful late-game add-on.

A few other activities can also give you small Constitution boosts, even if they aren’t as fast as jogging or clearing forts. Mini-games like wrestling, fishing contests, and music challenges sometimes grant Constitution alongside other stats. You can also gain points through normal exploration and questing. These methods are useful for background progress if you’re already out exploring the world.
