Not all buildings can be tinkered with, but most eyesores and inconvenient placings can be fixed by using a Demolition kit or Relocation kit — as long as you have a Pokemon with the Bulldoze specialty, like Onix. How to Demolish Buildings in Pokopia

To demolish a building in Pokopia, you have to:

Buy a Demolition kit from the PC shop for 10 Life Coins
Place the Demolition kit outside the building you want to remove
Interact with the Demolition Kit and set a Pokemon with the Bulldoze specialty as leader
Add more Pokemon to help

Once your Pokemon team is done removing the building, it’s gone for good. So if you want to make that type of building again, you’re going to have to craft, buy, or find it once more. Don’t worry about grinding for the resources you need to make the building, as they’re returned at the Demolition kit site once the building has been destroyed.

The earliest you can demolish a building is at the very end of the Withered Wasteland storyline, on your way to rebuilding the Pokemon Center in Pokopia, as Onix is the first Pokemon you get with the Bulldoze specialty. You’ll need to get Onix to follow you in order to get it near your Demolition kit.

How to Relocate Buildings in Pokopia

To relocate a building in Pokopia, you have to:

Buy a Relocation kit (prepare) from the PC shop for 10 Life Coins
Place the Relocation kit outside the building you want to move
Interact with the Relocation kit and set a Pokemon with the Bulldoze specialty as leader
Add more Pokemon to help
When the team is done, pick up the new Relocation kit (reconstruct) and place it where you want to move the building to

As you can see, the process of relocating a building is very similar to demolishing one, except that you need to move the building using the Relocation kit (reconstruct) that you get at the end of the Bulldozing process.

Not every building can be relocated or demolished, as some are important to the story, or are permanent fixtures.
