Palworld Players Build Massive 243-Level Mega Tower

By newsgame

Some Palworld players crafted an incredible, 243-level tower that they made with no mods at all, and shared their handiwork on social media for all to see. A member of the Palworld tower building team said that it took them approximately three months to complete their impressive mega tower build in the game.

Although Palworld has an established reputation as a game that fuses guns with monster-catching, players can also create some impressive structures and bases within the game. Palworld players can craft elaborate spiral staircases, build up impenetrable fortresses to fend off enemy assaults, and manage resources by sending out Pals to do their bidding. Despite being an early access title that can be buggy at times, Palworld continues to be one of the top-rated early access games on Steam, as it currently holds an overwhelmingly positive review rating of 95%.

“Better Than Game Freak” Thousands of Palworld Fans Agree 1 Pal is a Better Mega Dragonite Than What We Actually Got in Pokemon Legends: Z-A

One of Palworld’s most popular Pals is being compared to Pokemon’s Mega Dragonite, with many fans agreeing that Pocketpair does the design better.

Palworld Players Showcase a Magnificent, 243-Level Tower

While Palworld players can use mods to improve the game’s quality of life and add in some new features, a group of dedicated players created something impressive with no mods whatsoever. On the Palworld subreddit, a user named Nana1733 shared some pictures of a 243-level mega tower that they, as part of a group, made in Palworld. Nana1733 stated that the mega tower was modeled after the real-world Tokyo Skytree, which is one of the largest structures today. The mega tower was named the Tower of Skyward Light and was made as an extension of a past Sky Stadium build that Nana1733 and their group made. The tower was made in approximately three months and took over 200,000 pieces to place together, including some temporary scaffolding and support that has since been removed.

Some of the Tower of Skyward Light’s interior can be explored on foot via ramps and stairs located throughout the building. Palworld players can also grab onto the tower’s many stone pillars to climb up. Alternatively, accessing the tower’s upper levels can easily be done by using a Pal like Jetragon that is capable of flight. The tower was built in the northern half of Palworld‘s world map, as indicated by its proximity to the polar biome and the currently inaccessible world tree. In response, Nana1733 said that they used glass, wood, and stone to make the Tower of Skyward Light, as those materials are plentiful throughout Palworld. Additionally, the stone used to make the tower was painted various colors, with light gray and yellow being two examples.

Palworld Continues Preparing For Its Full 1.0 Release

Despite being in early access for over two years, Palworld is still releasing content patches as the game works toward its eventual 1.0 launch in 2026. In December 2025, Palworld released its Home Sweet Home update, which was headlined by a collaboration with ULTRAKILL. New weapons and armor from ULTRAKILL were introduced to Palworld, along with a building UI rework and other improvements. New building parts were added to peruse, and Steam Workshop support was incorporated for modders to utilize. It is currently unclear when precisely Palworld will exit early access in 2026, so fans must wait a little longer for Pocketpair to make its move.

With each Palworld update, new Pals become available for players to find and capture. Pocketpair stated that at least six new Pals will arrive in Palworld‘s 1.0 release, with more likely to be shown off in some capacity closer to the game’s full launch. Additionally, Pocketpair will launch the Palworld Official Card Game on July 31, though details about how the game will be played have not been revealed as of this writing. With Palworld‘s 1.0 launch still on the horizon, it remains to be seen what players will create ahead of the game’s full release.
