High on Life 2 Escape Room Solutions

By newsgame

In between ticking off bounties and generally sticking it to Big Pharma over the course of the High on Life 2 main story, you have the chance to take a break and have fun with smaller objectives, like playing hide and seek with Jeppy. In Pinkline Harbor, however, you have the chance to have a go at some escape rooms.

This isn’t something you’ll be able to do right away, but once you’ve rescued your dad from the Ego Chamber in a Wyoming cult, you’ll have the necessary abilities to reach ‘Twilly’s No Escape.’ There are three escape rooms in total, and even though you’re given an hour for each, you’ll have each done within 30 seconds if you follow this High on Life 2 escape room guide.

High on Life 2: How to Disable Hall H Security

Here’s how to disable Hall H security during the “Kill Senator Muppy Doo” main mission in High on Life 2.

How to Find the Escape Room in High on Life 2

First, to get to the escape rooms, use the RV to fast travel to the ‘Town’ section of Pinkline Harbor. You first came here to solve the murder of Larry Pinkstock. Now, head to the south-west corner of the map where the escape rooms are already marked for you. You’ll need to drop down a level and head through a tunnel where a disgruntled hotel guest will be complaining to a member of staff.

Inside here, turn right, and you’ll see a platform below ‘Twilly’s No Escape’ on a higher level. Once you’ve had dinner with your mum and Lizzie in Circuit Arcadia zoo and rescued your dad, you’ll have the ability to use Travis and Jan’s Trick Shots to raise this platform. Now, use that to enter the escape rooms.

Once you’ve spoken to Twilly at the front desk, signed a waiver, and paid a nominal fee for the room, you’ll be prompted to head down the corridor to your left and enter the first zone, ‘Pharaoh’s Tomb.’

When you start the first challenge, Twilly tells you you’ll have 60 minutes to complete it, with reminders every 15 minutes. You can see how long you have left above the door you came in through, and you can get hints by getting your character to crouch.

That said, you won’t need anything like that if you follow these instructions. Here’s how to complete every room:

Pharoah’s Tomb

  • Ring the alarm in the corner to the right as you walk in.
  • Wait for the green mummy to wake up.
  • Now, you’re offered the Ankh symbol key to put in the slot next to the door you came in.

Once you’ve left the escape room, you’ll have nothing else to do until you attempt to leave through the main entrance. That’s until you realize it’s just a wall with the exterior of ‘Twilly’s No Escape’ painted on it.

At this point in this laugh-out-loud first-person shooter, you’re trapped in the building until you solve all available puzzles. Something similar will also happen after escape room two. For now, approach Twilly again to start ‘Alien Wasteland.’

Alien Wasteland

  • Pick up the cube of meat from the bin in the corner to your immediate right.
  • With the meat in hand, approach the red BBQ in the middle of the room and open it with the button prompt.
  • Add the meat.
  • Remove the now-cooked meat from the BBQ.
  • Put the cooked meat outside the kennel on the floor.
  • The green mummy appears from inside the kennel and gives you the Ankh.

Scary House

  • Pick up the chainsaw from the top of a unit opposite the door through which you entered.
  • Pick up the red Jerry can of gas to power the chainsaw.
  • Kill the green mummy with the chainsaw.
  • Pick up the mummy and put it on the bed in the corner of the room.
  • The Ankh will appear below the bed.

Once you’ve completed all challenges and spoken to Twilly again, make sure you sign the newsletter before leaving. You can find the option to do this on the front desk, where Twilly was when you first entered the building. Select ‘Opt-In’ to sign up for more escape rooms, which unlocks a secret ending when you finish the main story. You’ll also get the achievement ‘Ankhs for the Memories.’
