More than a full decade on from its 2012 announcement, Mewgenics will finally be releasing on February 10. The turn-based tactical RPG roguelite was co-developed by Tyler Glaiel and Edmund McMillen, whose collective works include iconic indie darlings like Super Meat Boy, The End Is Nigh, and The Binding of Isaac.

According to Steam, Mewgenics will be released at 9:00 am PST on February 10. Unlike a lot of console releases, which typically go live at midnight local time, games on Steam are usually released at the same time across all regions. With this in mind, those living outside of North America should check out the table above to find out what time Mewgenics will be released in their time zone/region.
In a recent livestream, McMillen and Glaiel mentioned that the release time was not set in stone, so it’s possible that things could change at the last minute. However, as of the moment, the Mewgenics release time is still set at 09:00 Pacific.
Will Mewgenics be Available on PlayStation, Xbox, and Switch?
According to Edmund McMillen, we can expect news about a Switch port of Mewgenics at some point during the summer. In the build-up to the game’s release, McMillen suggested that it probably wouldn’t be worth their while to port the game to other consoles, although in the aforementioned livestream from a few days ago, he suggested that that could change if Mewgenics reviewed well, so there’s a chance the game could end up on PlayStation and Xbox somewhere further down the line.
