Kill the Justice League Hits Super Low Price on PS5

By newsgame

The PlayStation 5 version of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is currently discounted by 92%. The promotional offer matches the game’s lowest recorded price on the PlayStation Store and is available to PS5 users until late February 2026.

Rocksteady Studios’ polarizing co-op superhero game has received over a dozen discounts across every major storefront since its early 2024 launch, averaging one price every six weeks. The latest such promotional offer materialized on February 4 as a PlayStation Store exclusive.

New PS5 Console Exclusive is One of the Best Games of the Year So Far and You Can Play It Right Now

The latest PlayStation 5 console exclusive is getting rave reviews, continuing a trend that started all the way back in 2017.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League PS5 Version Hits Its Lowest-Ever Price Again

The new PS Store deal offers a 92% discount, reducing the game’s price to $5.59, which is equivalent to $64.40 worth of savings. The promotion matches Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League‘s lowest recorded price on Sony’s digital marketplace, which the game had only reached twice before: once in late November, and again in the final third of December 2025. The ongoing discount runs most of the month and is scheduled to end on February 26 at 2:59 a.m. ET / 7:59 a.m. GMT.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League PS Store Sale Overview

While many of the game’s prior sales were multi-platform, the latest offer is limited to the PS Store, with the Xbox and Steam versions remaining at full price. The PS5 promotion technically only applies to the base game, with the Deluxe Edition of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League still priced at $99.99. Be that as it may, there is a separate discount on the Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade, bringing its price down to $3.49, or 90% off. For clarity, the digital upgrade can be combined with the base game into the Deluxe Edition equivalent. The upgrade discount runs in parallel with the base game sale, being scheduled to end on February 26. Compared to the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Standard Edition, the higher-tiered package includes a trio of Black Mask Notorious Weapons, Justice League Outfits, Squad Golds Weapon Dolls, a Battle Pass Token, and No Shade Color Swatches.

Rocksteady’s cooperative superhero shooter has entered its maintenance phase, with servers remaining online but no further content updates planned. The final major Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League patch launched in January 2025, adding a Libra-themed Infamy Set, several new weapons, and a final Brainiac encounter set in Earth-6, a medieval-themed slice of Smallville. Overall, the game’s post-launch support ran for four seasons. Rocksteady used those seasons to add additional playable characters—an alternate-universe Joker, Mrs. Freeze, and Lawless, in that order—before closing out Year 1 with Deathstroke, who arrived as part of Season 4 alongside a long-promised offline mode.

While no further seasons or episodes are planned for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Rocksteady has said the game’s online functionality will remain available for the foreseeable future. The London-based studio also added an offline mode at the end of the game’s content roadmap, allowing fans to continue enjoying the shooter’s single-player portion indefinitely.

However, with WB Games repeatedly characterizing the title as a commercial failure, it remains unclear how long the publisher will continue operating the game’s servers. Be that as it may, the chance of near-term sunsetting appear slim, not least because WB Games still has some revenue-generating cards to play. Chief among those is a possible release on Xbox Game Pass, where Kill the Justice League has yet to appear. By contrast, the Suicide Squad game was already given away to PS Plus Essential subscribers in January 2025.
