Minecraft is Crossing Over With Bluey
Minecraft‘s newest DLC is bringing a brand-new crossover with a beloved children’s animated series, officially adding some new Bluey content to the game. The beloved sandbox survival game from Mojang gives players no shortage of things to do, offering everything from its simple gameplay loop of crafting and adventuring to the technical depths of redstone. Minecraft continues to push sweeping updates for the game, bringing in new mobs like the Happy Ghast, a litany of items and tools, and new structures to explore. Crossovers have also become a popular part of Minecraft‘s many DLC offerings.
Minecraft‘s DLC has given fans the chance to experience some of their favorite media properties within the blocky game. Previous Minecraft DLC packs have introduced a wide array of crossover content into the game, teaming up with beloved brands like The Smurfs, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Super Mario, among others. Each DLC typically includes not only a multitude of skins for players to use, but also several special locations to explore within the expansion. Now, Minecraft has locked in its next new crossover DLC, adding in Bluey, Bingo, and a new Bluey-themed adventure.

Minecraft is Getting a Bluey DLC Pack
Popular children’s animated series Bluey is officially receiving a DLC pack within Minecraft, with the franchise teasing lots of content included. Minecraft‘s new Bluey DLC will give fans the chance to “relive memorable moments” from the series, hinting at the appearance of Bingo, Bluey, Bandit, and Chilli with skins of the characters likely included as well. The Minecraft crossover pack will come with a variety of activities centered around a full adventure within the Heeler house, adding mini-games like I-Spy, Hide and Seek, and Ragdoll with Bluey and his family. The Bluey DLC is currently scheduled to release on February 5, with players able to purchase the DLC through the Minecraft marketplace.
The announcement post for Minecraft‘s new Bluey DLC does not give many details about what will be included, though past expansions likely hint at its contents. Given Minecraft‘s previous DLC packs, the Heeler family home will likely not be the only new area included in the expansion, with other key locations from the show expected to be added. The series also boasts a wealth of stories that the DLC could pull from, with more than 150 episodes of Bluey aired through its three series. The announcement does not confirm the price for the Bluey DLC, though it will likely be valued similarly to past crossover content.
Minecraft’s New DLC Joins Some Big Updates to the Game
Minecraft‘s new Bluey DLC joins a plethora of content on the way for the Mojang survival game. The developer recently revealed a major new item coming to the game in the near future, with the Golden Dandelion used to keep animals in their baby form. The Golden Dandelion will see some major overhauls coming to many of Minecraft‘s animal mobs as well, with baby versions added for mobs like Wolves, Rabbits, Chickens, and plenty more in-game animals. Minecraft also recently brought a plethora of new content for players to experience with its last big 2025 drop.
December welcomed the release of Minecraft‘s Mounts and Mayhem update, putting the focus on a plethora of new mount animals. Minecraft introduced both the Nautilus and Zombie Nautilus as new aquatic mobs, coming as the first underwater mount ever introduced to the game. Mojang also debuted several more unusual animals players can ride throughout the overworld, including both the Zombie Horse and the Camel Husks, though fans will need to defeat their hostile riders before taming the animals. Minecraft continues to grow with each passing update, with new mounts, items, and a wealth of crossover content.
