All Silksong Craftmetal Locations (& Where to Use Them)
Players will start acquiring Craftmetal fairly early on in the game, and these are valuable resources required to purchase or craft certain Tools throughout Hollow Knight: Silksong. There are a total of eight Craftmetals scattered across the massive map, some of which are hidden behind secret paths and caves, which might require having a certain ability. Here are the locations of all the Craftmetals, as well as where players can use them in Hollow Knight: Silksong.
Updated January 31, 2026, by Waseem Muhammad: Finding all the Craftmetals in Hollow Knight: Silksong is necessary for players who intend to acquire all the tools and are aiming for the Arsenal trophy/achievement. Almost all of these Craftmetals are not located on the main path, so finding them is going to take a bit more parkouring. The guide below has been updated to remove the table and add more information about their locations, making it much easier to locate these.
Hollow Knight: Silksong – Interactive Map (Pharloom)
Our interactive map for Pharloom in Hollow Knight: Silksong. All the skills, tools, benches, and more found in the game.
Only two of the below-mentioned Craftmetals have to be purchased using Rosaries, so you will not have to farm Rosaries. However, the same cannot be said when using these Craftmetals.
Bone Bottom
After starting the game and making your way to Bone Bottom, you will find your first NPC merchant. Pebb sells this Craftmetal for 60 Rosaries. If you are having a hard time gathering Rosary at the start, make your way to the northwest of The Marrow to find a bench.
Rest at this bench, and head left. There are a bunch of enemies here that you can defeat, then go on to the next room to find more enemies. Once all of them are dealt with, head back to the bench to reset them and do the farm again.
The Marrow
From the bench right of the Bellway Station, head right until you reach the second room, where you can spot a glowing explosive rock on the bottom left side. Hit this and get back so that you do not take damage. This opens up a secret path. Follow this path, and you will come across the Craftmetal.
Deep Docks
From the Forge Daughter NPC, head down and to the right to find a heavy door that requires a Simple Key to open. Explore the area up ahead until you reach a room with a locked gate with a ring hanging next to it.
Opening this requires the Clawline ability, but you do not need to access this. Simply turn around, and to the left side of the room is a blockade that you can break and go inside the small room with the Craftmetal.
Blasted Steps
Head right from the Bellway Station, and you will have to make your way through a platforming section and avoid the worms below. Near the end of this section, where you have to stick to a wall on the right and go up, you must go down instead.
Here, you will find a room with more worms and a small platform, but this ultimately leads to the Craftmetal in the far left corner.
Underworks
This is located at the end of the room, directly below where you obtain the Clawline ability. Even though you can go for the Craftmetal before the ability, grabbing the ability first makes this section a bit easier.
Wisp Thicket
Head left from Halfway Home in Greymoor, go up the tower, and head through the passage on the right, which leads to the second tower. Go up the second tower, head up, and take the left passage to exit this tower and to the top left of this area is a spot where you can double jump to access Wisp Thicket. From the Bench in the area, head left, and when you reach the small tower-like section with the flame brazier, head up and take the path on the right to find this Craftmetal.
You can head further left to reach a small passage that leads to the Underworks. From the path below the Craftmetal, just before going up the tower, you can go further left to fight the Father of the Flame boss. This boss is quite a unique boss and one where you will be relying on your pogoing ability rather than dealing damage through hits to the boss.
Songclave
You can purchase this from Jubilana for 180 Rosaries. Jubilana will not originally sell this along with her other items, so you will have to progress through the story and complete The Lost Merchant Wish whenever it pops up on the quest board.
Putrified Ducts
For the last Craftmetal, first make your way to the Putrified Ducts. Head to the extreme right corner of this location, past Fleatopia. It is important to note that you will need the Faydown Cloak to jump up and grab this Craftmetal.
