Players can find internal and external contraband in Quarantine Zone, so they should always check the survivor’s baggage and X-ray their stomach area to see if they’ve hidden anything inside their body.

To find contraband in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, players must always interact with a survivor’s baggage after they go through the metal detector. When they open the bag, all of its contents will appear spread out on the table, and then they must attentively examine them to see if there are any forbidden items amongst them.

Internal Contraband

As for internal contraband, the player will have to play through the game until they’ve unlocked the Portable X-Ray Scanner tool. It is important to check every survivor that goes through the checkpoint, but they should pay particular attention to those who hunch over from time to time, as it may indicate pain, perhaps due to hidden objects or other internal issues.

Players can purchase a metal, gunpowder, chemical, and rot detector. If it alerts them, then they know that the person that they’re about to inspect has some sort of contraband on them, whether hidden internally or not.

There are plenty of items that survivors are allowed to bring into the camp if they make it past inspection. But there are also some that security must be on the lookout for. EXCEPTION: Even though infected meat is considered contraband, players should not confiscate it, as it is actually a biohazard; they receive a small penalty of -$10 for confiscating it.

Golden items are considered collectibles in Quarantine Zone and can be confiscated regardless of the type of item they are. Therefore, players will not be penalized for retrieving a collectible bottle.
