The chapter starts with the Kid having a nightmare about drowning, which is very similar to how Six’s story started.
After waking from the nightmare, you’ll find yourself in the nursery where Six first saw the Janitor. Jump from the bed and go left outside to see the enemy on the bottom floor.
Enter the room and go through the hole in the floor. Turn right and go down the cages to be stopped by the petrifying eye.
Once its gaze is to the left, go to the back of the room to be in a blind spot and stand next to a little girl with a flashlight.
Follow her when she starts running to evade the eye. Keep going to reach the bathroom and find the girl on top of the cage slipping through the window.
Drag the cage close to the sink and climb it to open the first flotsam.
Next, push the cage closer to the other cages to climb them and go down the makeshift rope.
Proceed forward and jump down the hole to reach a pool of water. Grab the suitcase and drag it to the platform.
Go up and head through the planks to pick up a flashlight.
Squeeze through the hole and start running, as leeches will try to attack the Kid. Climb the bars and jump to the other side when necessary to reach the top.
Swim to the other side and remove the plank. Keep going to swim in a larger area, but this time an unseen enemy is underwater following you.
Keep going to reach an empty pool. Grab the object and throw it at the group of leeches blocking the pipe hole.
Go back a few steps, then jump over the leeches to avoid them and go through the hole.
Climb the bars and pull the lever on the left side to activate the water level machine.
Pull the other lever once to slightly raise the water level, and jump into the water.
Head into the small opening to the right and open the second flotsam.
Go up the bars again and pull the horizontal lever twice to the left, not all the way, to increase the water level. Jump into the water and swim forward to climb the ladder.
Go through the square vent in the corner to reach a large pool. The unseen monster is swimming underwater, so be careful.
Use the crates, furniture, and barrels to avoid staying in the water, but don’t linger too long, or the monster will keep shaking the Kid to drop him.
After you climb one of the large water tanks, a flotsam can be seen in a corner on a small platform to the right. Dive into the water and open the third flotsam.
Head to the next platform and climb the bars to turn the lever that will elevate a bag out of the water. Jump to it and go around it to cling onto the hook. Swing back and forth to land on a platform.
Throw the fish into the water on the left side to distract the monster and quickly swim along the right side.
In the next room, grab the big white object and throw it inside the bucket to get the Fun & Games Ahead Trophy in Little Nightmares.
Climb the platform and push the plank to reach the other side. Find the loose plank and stand on the left side to raise the right one. Quickly jump towards the door handle and open it.
Pull the lever in the next room to drain the water. Go down, use the chair to climb the table, and push the jar to destroy the shaking jar to find a key.
The jar also contained a leech, so quickly use the key to open the door and proceed.
The Kitchen Complete Walkthrough In Little Nightmares
Players will get to help with the cooking process if they wish to unlock a hidden Achievement during chapter 3 in Little Nightmares.
Make sure not to fall in the next room, as the water is electrified. Push the box into the water and then press the button to drain some of it.
Align the box you pushed and the other one that’s already in the water in a way you can use them to safely reach the other side.
Once you’re done, go up and push the button to raise the water and jump to the other side.
Keep going to arrive at another large area filled with water where the unseen monster is underwater. Use the floating objects to climb to the closest platform.
Swiftly swim the other way and try to climb as many platforms and objects as possible to evade the enemy.
Eventually, climb a dresser and hop onto the swaying boat. Continue swimming to the other side and climb the planks.
Run and jump to the hidden platform on the left and open the fourth flotsam. Return to the previous platform and climb the rest of the planks.
Jump into the water and climb the right platform. Go up the planks and throw the lever into the water.
Dive again and climb to the left one this time, and press the button to decrease the water level.
Locate the lever, throw it onto the suitcase, and push the suitcase closer to the left platform.
Push the button again to raise the water, and then throw the lever to the left platform.
Adjust the suitcase position to be more in the middle, and then rotate the lever fully to open the door. Quickly run to the other side and slide through the door.
Jump across the platforms and push the door at the end to land in the water. Use the floating objects again to safely cross the water and climb the red buoy.
Jump to the hook and swing back and forth to jump further to the right and eventually climb the platform with the lever and pull it to turn on the nearby TV.
Use the hanging light to swing to the left platform and pull another lever that’ll raise the water level.
The monster will finally emerge and destroy the platform you’re standing on, so prepare to swim to the lever platform.
After resting for a bit, dive back in the water and climb the platform with the TV.
The monster will try to destroy it as well, so quickly push the TV into the water to kill the monster.
Proceed forward and approach the barred door before proceeding up the stairs. Pull two planks and open the fifth flotsam to get the Not Alone Trophy.
Go up the stairs and climb the ladder to get caught by the Janitor, completing The Depths chapter and unlocking the So Close Achievement. The Kid is seen inside a cage near Six’s location in chapter 2.
