Talk to Pei Niang underneath the Sweetwine Tower in Blissful Retreat in Qinghe in Where Winds Meet.

He will tell you that a thief stole the first jar of the banquet, and he needs you to bring it back.

Interact with the large tree next to the Sweetwine Tower, near where Pei Niang is standing, to find the Tuft of Yellow Fur (location shown above).

Give the Tuft of Yellow Fur to Pei Niang, and he will tell you that he thinks it’s the fur of an animal.
- Head to the large waterfall near the Flower Expanse in Sundara Land, northeast of Blissful Retreat.

Look for a group of drunk monkeys on the rocks by the waterfall.
- Pick up the First-Jar Wine that is sitting on one of the rocks between the monkeys and bring it back to Pei Niang to complete the quest.
Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat Version: The Stolen First-Jar Wine
To enter Dreamscape: Blissful Retreat, interact with the sword underneath the burnt tree in the middle of the destroyed Blissful Retreat in Qinghe. Once you visit Dreamscape Blissful Retreat once, you can return to it from the map as shown in the screenshots above.
