All South Park Items in Fortnite
Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 may just be one of the biggest seasons yet, taking players to the Chapter 7 island, complete with a wide range of summer POIs to explore, along with bringing wacky gadgets like Wingsuits for traversal and even more in store. Now that Winterfest is over, and Epic Games is back in action, players can jump into the first big update of 2026.
Fortnite has collaborated with South Park for the new year, bringing a mini-pass filled with free rewards, along with introducing some fan-favorite characters in the Item Shop. The collaboration does not stop there, however, as three new South Park-themed items have also arrived in Battle Royale. Here is how to get them.

Steal the Brainrot is a fun tycoon experience in Fortnite, one that also yields a variety of secrets. Here is every secret code in Steal the Brainrot.
Cheesy Poofs
The first and most common item that players can find is the Cheesy Poofs, a healing item that can be found as ground loot and in chests. Cheesy Poofs can heal for up to 300 total health, but do not allow players to replenish their shields. Players can heal themselves by equipping the item and holding the shoot button.
Players can also use Cheesy Poofs to heal fellow teammates for 10 health each by throwing a handful of the item using the aim button. This also doubles as a weapon, allowing players to deal 10 damage per throw to enemies.
Kenny’s Respawn Token
Kenny’s Respawn Token is a Mythic item that currently seems to be incredibly rare. When collected, it takes up its own dedicated slot in the player’s inventory and activates once the holder is eliminated. Upon elimination, the player will get rebooted by Kenny’s Token without the need to be revived via a Reboot Van, though the item will be consumed in the process.
As of right now, the most surefire way to get Kenny’s Respawn Token is from the Care Packages that spawn during the Care Package Rift Anomaly. However, players can also find the token in chests, along with completing the Chaosblast minigame at Cartmanland, though obtaining the item this way is incredibly rare.
Stick of Truth
The Stick of Truth is the rarest item of the three, with players often going numerous games without finding one. This is because the item is actually a Rift Anomaly that occurs randomly in the game.
When the Stick of Truth Rift Anomaly occurs, the item will spawn in a designated location on the map. The player who finds the item and uses it will set the final safe zone in the location they summoned it. Once done so, the following will occur:
- The storm will continuously shrink towards this set location over the next 3 minutes and 40 seconds.
- Once the storm reaches its final zone, there will be a brief 30-second period before the storm fully shrinks again.
