How to Complete Born in Chaos Quests in Fortnite
Born in Chaos is a South Park crossover event available in Fortnite. For the next few weeks, players have the opportunity to unlock free South Park rewards. However, in order to obtain them, they have to complete themed quests, which will become available in parts.

Here’s a look at all the South Park characters available in Fortnite and information on how to obtain them.
The first part of the Born in Chaos Quests is now available, meaning players can start completing them to earn CRED and Memberberries. With these in-game currencies, they will be able to level up the Born in Chaos free pass to claim in-game rewards in Fortnite, and they will also be one step closer to claiming the free Imaginationland Airship glider, which requires them to gather a total of six Memberberries.

How to Complete Friendly Faces Everywhere Quests in Fortnite
Below, players will get some tips on how to complete all Friendly Faces Everywhere Quests in Fortnite. Once they have completed four Friendly Faces Everywhere Quests, they will receive a Memberberry for their efforts, getting them one step closer to unlocking the Imaginationland Airship glider.
Ride Different Rides or Eliminate Players at Cartmanland (5)
Wonkeeland has been replaced with Cartmanland for the South Park crossover event in Fortnite. To complete this quest, players will either have to eliminate five players at Cartmanland or ride five different rides at this named location.
Due to the update, this location will be widely popular during the first couple of weeks that it’s live, but the hype may die down, and players might just find it easier to go on five rides.
The fastest way to ride five different rides at Cartmanland is to go in through the main entrance of the POI and hop on the rails. This will take players through several rides, such as the Ferris Wheel and Princess Kenny’s Castle. The trick is to jump while on the Ferris Wheel, land at Voyage to the Center of the Planet, go down the slide, and enjoy the pool. Here is a video demonstrating how it’s done:
Hit Opponents with SMGs (100)
While most quests require players to inflict a certain amount of damage onto an enemy player, to complete this quest they will have to hit a certain number of players with a specific type of weapon.
In this case, they must hit 100 opponents, regardless if they’re real players or hostile NPCs, using a submachine gun. Since players don’t need to get a kill with an SMG for it to count towards quest progress, they just need to make sure that they grab their SMG at some point during a fight with an opponent and hit them with it.
After Getting Knocked, Eliminate a Player

This quest would’ve been much easier if the Born in Chaos Quests were available in other game modes; in Reload, players can come back to the match after being eliminated, giving them more opportunities to get an elimination after being knocked. However, these quests can only be done in Battle Royale. It is still doable, but the stakes will be higher, and gamers won’t have as many opportunities to complete this quest in a match.
To increase their chances of being successful while attempting to complete this quest, players will want to select the game mode that allows them to have a bigger squad. This way, they have a higher chance of eliminating a member of an opposing squad, even if they’re knocked down. During the Born in Chaos event, players can play Battle Royale Quint, putting them in squads of five players.
It is only possible to complete this quest, if an opponent that’s been knocked down is eliminated after the player themselves has been knocked. This means that, they must first knock an opponent, but not finish them. Then, they have to reach zero HP and go down.
Players can do this by jumping off a tall place, or they can let an enemy deal damage to them, but since their enemy might finish them before the opponent that they knocked is fully eliminated, this is a risky play.
Lastly, players must make sure that the opponent that they knocked reached zero HP before they are fully eliminated themselves or revived by a teammate.
Become a Boss
There are three bosses in Fortnite, and players must take down one of them and grab their Boss Medallion to transform into a boss.
Players can usually find bosses at Classified Canyon, Painted Palms, Ripped Tides, or Innoloop Labs. However, if they’re not sure where to go, they can simply open their map, as there are three boss markers, letting everyone in the match know where the bosses have spawned.
This is a collective quest, so if anyone on the player’s team downs a boss and turns into them, the quest will complete for everyone on the team.
Use Flushers in Different Matches (3)
What Is a Flusher in Fortnite?
Players might raise an eyebrow when they first read this quest description, as there is no such item in Fortnite as a Flusher. A ‘flusher’ is actually an alternative name for those port-a-potties in Fortnite that are able to teleport players.
There are a few of these port-a-potties around the Battle Royale map, but the locations where players will most easily find them is at Classified Canyon, Lethal Labs, and Cartmanland. To use a Flusher, players have to select the Hide interact while close to a port-a-potty, and then let themselves be transported to another location. Once they’ve done this in three different matches, they will have completed the quest.
Damage Opponents Within 10 Seconds of Swimming (200)
The easiest way to complete this quest is to land at busy POIs that are near bodies of water. This way, players can jump in the water and quickly reach an opponent and successfuly deal damage to them within 10 seconds. Here are some hot spots close to water:
- Cartmanland
- Battlewood Boulevard
- Ripped Tides
- Bumpy Bay
The South Park Born in Chaos event is live until February 5, and players have until then to complete as many of these quests as they can and unlock tons of freebies. Quests will come out progressively, so players should keep an eye on the Quests tab so they can make sure that they don’t miss anything. The next set of South Park Quests will be available on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.
Since players need six Memberberries to acquire the free South Park glider, it is likely that there will be six Born in Chaos Quest stages. Players will have to complete them four of each set in order to get the Imaginationland Airship glider.
