From classic options like melee and guns to utilizing doors to knock out enemies and even using them as human shields, Hotline Miami‘s gameplay really embraces its B-movie aesthetic. It’s hard to find games like GTA, and while Hotline Miami definitely feels more like the franchise’s early days than the majority of its 21st-century offerings, it still captures the same spirit of a story drenched in crime and doing what’s necessary to succeed in a mission.
