All Choices in Episode 3 Turnover in Dispatch
The third episode of Dispatch continues the story, this time focusing on Robert’s attempts to make a properly functioning team that cooperates with each other. There are not as many dialogue options as compared to the previous episodes; however, some of the choices can impact your relationships with the NPCs.
There are also multiple Dispatch sections, so players will need to send out the best superheroes for the calls to get the additional XP needed for the skill points. Here are all the dialogue options and what players should choose in Dispatch.
Updated December 30, 2025, by Waseem Muhammad: Dispatch’s SDN sequences are the main gameplay sections that players get to experience in every episode. During these sections, sending the wrong hero or getting unlucky at times can lead to the call failing. This guide has been updated to include information about the dispatching sequences and the required stats, which will help players decide who to send and successfully complete the call. A table has also been added to the bottom of the guide, which players can use to check out the other episode walkthroughs in the game.
Dispatch Episode 1 Walkthrough (All Choices Guide)
There are quite a few choices in the first episode of Dispatch, and here are the best dialogue options to choose from.
Dispatch Episode 3 Walkthrough
Once the episode starts, you will see a scene where Robert and Royd are emptying out Robert’s apartment of all the Mecha Man stuff into a loader. You will have a conversation with him where you will get multiple dialogue options, first in the apartment and second in the office:
-
Option # 1: (Can go for any choice)
- It’s minimalism.
- I’ve been focused on my work.
- I’m poor.
-
Option # 2: (Can go for any choice)
- Sounds pretty important.
- I didn’t get any of that.
- Can you recreate it?
After leaving the lab and while carrying your dog to your workstation, Golem will bump into you, causing you to drop your phone. You will get two choices here, and whatever you choose, bear in mind that Golem will remember this:
- Watch where you’re going.
- LET IT GO.
After leaving your dog in the care of Chase, you will follow Blond Blazer into a room where she will mention the dinner with Phenomaman, which transpired in the previous episode. Here you will have the following dialogue options:
-
Option # 1:
- Hope I didn’t contribute.
- I’m sorry, Blazer. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- Are you happy?
-
Option # 2:
- I like it. (increases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- It’ll scare them. (causes no change in your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
- You sure about that? (decreases your relationship with Blonde Blazer)
Best Dispatch Stats for Each Character
Here are the best stats to invest in each Z-team member in Dispatch.
After this, you will go to your workstation, where the first Dispatch section of the episode will begin. Since everyone on the team knows one of them will be kicked from the Program, they will all be uncooperative with one another. You will see the heroes sabotage other heroes if you send them together, but you can choose an option to make the call a success and ensure no one gets injured.

Dispatch Synergy Pairs Tier List
Dispatch never spells out why some hero pairings feel stronger than others, so this tier list explores the synergy combinations that dominate.
Once you make it back to the office, everyone will be celebrating Invisigal, who caught the perp, and you will talk to Blond Blazer, where you will get a dialogue option:
- No, I don’t.
- I hope so.
- Everyone has a shot.
The outcome will be the same, but Blond Blazer will remember this. You will now follow her into the office where she will show you the final choice of this episode, which might come as a surprise to a lot of players. Instead of cutting Invisigal from the team, you now have the option to choose from the following:
This is a major decision in the episode, and the person you pick will be removed from the team. Both choices offer a different Achievement or Trophy (Silver Rarity), so it is up to you who you want to keep as a team member. You can always replay the episode if you want to choose a different option or if you want the other trophy. Here is a table for all the remaining episodes in Dispatch:
