Diablo 4’s StarCraft Crossover is Back For A Limited Time

By newsgame

Diablo 4 players can officially grab the StarCraft crossover cosmetics from the in-game store once more, after Blizzard re-added them for a limited time after the launch of Season 11. However, players interested in this crossover should act fast to grab it from Diablo 4‘s store, as Blizzard has not said how long it will be available for.

Diablo 4 launched the StarCraft crossover back in September, with a complete event tie-in that ran until October 10. During this time, players were able to purchase a bunch of unique StarCraft-themed character cosmetics, a fun crossover between two of Blizzard’s biggest franchises. However, many fans were quite unhappy with Diablo 4‘s StarCraft crossover for several reasons. First, there was the price. Each individual armor set costs $24.99 worth of Platinum to purchase, and would cost over $150 to buy everything in the crossover, even when getting the best bulk Platinum deals. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, though, with players also complaining about the quality and visuals of the cosmetics. Some felt they looked cheap, and totally at odds with Diablo 4‘s general aesthetic, which made the StarCraft crossover arguably the most controversial one to date.

Upcoming Diablo 4 Event Features Tons Of Loot and Free Cosmetics

A new Diablo 4 event features tons of loot to kickstart Season 11, as well as some awesome free cosmetics.

Diablo 4’s StarCraft Crossover is Back in the Store, But No One Knows How Long It Will Last

Gamers noticed that, as of Diablo 4 Season 11, the StarCraft crossover cosmetics are officially back in the in-game store. Players can find them under the Cosmetics section of the store, under the “StarCraft Legends” heading. All eight items are back, at the exact same controversial price as last time. No discounts here, unfortunately. The limited-time cosmetics were initially removed from the game when the StarCraft event concluded on October 10, and this is the first opportunity that players have had to grab them again.

Sadly, there’s no indication about how long the StarCraft cosmetics remain in the Diablo 4 store, so any interested player should act fast to ensure they don’t miss out. They could disappear again at any time, and it’s anyone’s guess as to when they’ll return in the future. Because it’s the same batch of cosmetics as last time, the lack of a Paladin cosmetic now stands out following the release of the new class in Diablo 4 Season 11.

Diablo 4 has had a few crossovers now, including the Berserk collaboration that also launched earlier this year. Players had their frustrations with the price of that crossover, too, with the cost of most items being the same as the StarCraft cosmetics. It seems as though this is going to be the norm for Diablo 4 collaborations going forward. Blizzard has yet to confirm what the next game crossover will be, although it did reveal that it’s going to be confirmed in March 2026, so players don’t have too much longer to wait.

How to Get Diablo 4 StarCraft Crossover Cosmetics

  1. Open Diablo 4, and head to the in-game Shop.
  2. Under the Cosmetics tab, find the StarCraft Legends items.
  3. Select the item you want, and purchase it if you have the Platinum.
  4. If not, hit “Buy More Platinum,” and add the Platinum to your account to finish the purchase.
  5. Equip the cosmetics at the in-game wardrobe.

The shadow-drop of the Paladin class for Diablo 4 Season 11 players who pre-order the upcoming Lord of Hatred expansion has been a savior for ensuring the new season remains as popular as the previous. The Season of Chaos left a strong impression on players, and it was going to take a lot for the Season of Divine Intervention to live up to it. It’s still early days, but the reception to Season 11 has been pretty good so far, meaning it should be a fun few months to be a Diablo 4 player.
