You can start the ‘Fungi-ble Goods‘ Side Mission in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC once you reach the second survey quest for Hyperspace Lumiose.
To start the Side Mission, go speak to the Pokemon Center nurse, Bene, in the Jaune Sector (near Cafe Kizuna). She wants you to go and find the mushroom Pokemon, 
Foongus, to lure people in to buy more items from the shop.

Where to Find Foongus in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC
There’s a Foongus Among Us
I managed to find a Foongus in one of the large two-star Hyperspace Wild Zones in Lumiouse City. If you’re not sure how the silhouette for the Mushroom Pokemon looks, you can check out the images above to get a clearer picture.
The thing about these Hyperspace Wild Zones is that the Pokemon that appear in them are pretty much randomized, so if you check out all the available zones on the current map and don’t see any Foongus‘, you can always rest on a bench to change the time of day to reset the spawns. Foongus might also show up in one-star or even three-star Wild Zones, but we can’t confirm that.
Once you do find a Hyperspace Wild Zone with Foongus, make sure to select a Donut that has a high survey time so you don’t need to worry too much about wasting time looking around. And if it helps, we managed to find a group of them on one of the rooftops (however, there’s a chance it appears in other locations in your game).

The nurse in Pokemon Legends Z-A will give you the following items as a reward for bringing her the Foongus:

How to Evolve Foongus into Amoonguss in Pokemon Legends Z-A Mega Dimension DLC
You can evolve Foongus into Amoonguss in Pokemon Legends Z-A by increasing its level to 39. Pokemon don’t evolve automatically in the game, though, so you need to have the Foongus in your party and click its profile to make the evolution happen.
