How to Unlock and Farm Energy Clips in ARC Raiders
At first, not many people cared about Energy Clips in ARC Raiders. You could only use them to recharge a couple of Legendary weapons, and those weapons were not that popular. However, when people found out about the money loophole that let them resell this ammo for thousands of coins, everyone started to take a liking to them, and more players wanted to know if there was a way to actually craft Energy Clips.
The good news is that Energy Clips are craftable items. Even better, crafting them in bulk isn’t that big of a deal. If you can’t see the option to craft Energy Clips in your Workbench, don’t worry; it simply means you lack a certain blueprint. Here’s a complete guide that explains everything you need to know about the sought-after Energy ammunition in ARC Raiders.

Energy Clips Explained
In ARC Raiders, Energy Clips are a type of rare ammo used to charge Legendary weapons like the Jupiter and Equalizer. Each stack of Energy Clips holds up to five rounds, but you only need to consume one to fully charge the magazine, no matter the capacity.
As a rare resource type, Energy Clips are not something you come across often in Topside. That said, there are still some reliable methods to craft or acquire them, which are explained below.
How to Craft Energy Clips
To craft Energy Clips on your Workbench, you must consume and learn the Equalizer blueprint. Once you unlock this Legendary weapon, the Energy Clip formula will be added to ARC Raiders‘ Workbench automatically.
Crafting a stack of five Energy Clips requires two Batteries and one Advanced ARC Powercell. Both of these materials are fairly easy to farm in ARC Raiders‘ Dam Battlegrounds map.
How to Get Energy Clip Blueprint
There is no specific blueprint for Energy Clips. Currently, the only method for unlocking them is consuming the Equalizer blueprint. Some may think that learning the Jupiter blueprint unlocks the formula as well, but that is not the case. It only unlocks with the Equalizer, not Jupiter.
How to Farm Energy Clip Materials
The following table shows the best ways to farm Batteries and Advanced ARC Powercells for crafting Energy Clips.

How to Get Energy Clips without Crafting
You don’t need the Equalizer blueprint to get Energy Clips. A solid way to farm this ammo type is by completing ARC Raiders‘ Harvester events. These limited-time activities allow players to enter a location where there is usually an abundance of Energy Clips.
Since more players are now looking to farm Energy Clips, you may find it harder to locate them in the Harvester, especially if other raiders have already cleared the area.
Best Way to Use Energy Clips
There is currently a money loophole in ARC Raiders that allows players to make impressive amounts of coins by crafting and reselling Energy Clips. If you need some cash, the best way to use this ammo type is to sell it for 5,000 coins per full stack or 1,000 per round.
If money is not a concern, you should just use Energy Clips. Weapons like the Equalizer are excellent for breaking the ARC’s shield, turning them into some of the best PvE options. By crafting or collecting plenty of Energy Clips, you can start taking down bigger enemies faster and farm a good amount of Epic and Legendary items.
