Best DS20 Mirage & MPC-25 Loadout

Starting off are two of the top-picked weapons in the Season 1 meta right now. The DS20 Mirage is easily one of the best Assault Rifles in the game, being pretty easy to handle recoil-wise, while also sporting decent range to boot. Its damage per shot is not exactly the highest in the category, but for ease of use, it is definitely a good contender.

Likewise, the MPC-25 is also by far one of the best options in its category, decimating players up close. It is fast handling, lightweight, and while its recoil can be difficult to get a handle on at first, with the right build, it is pretty stable. Here are the meta builds for each gun:

It does have a slightly slower fire rate in comparison to the other ARs, but it remains a competitive option.

As for the Secondary, the Kogot-7 is a new SMG for Season 1 and is already a meta choice. It is not exactly the best weapon in the category for long range, mostly covering mid-range engagements, which is perfect for Haven’s Hollow Resurgence.

As for the secondary, the Razor 9mm is a solid pick, ranking as one of the fastest killing SMGs in the game. It boasts an exceptional fire rate for quickly gunning down opponents, but its damage range and recoil control are on the poor side. Here is the best setup for both weapons:

The VS Recon is a one-shot headshot at all ranges, paired with the highest damage per shot. It may not have the highest bullet velocity, but its damage range is by far the best among Black Ops 7 options.

As for the secondary, the Peacekeeper MK1 may just be the best Sniper support option. The gun handles more like an SMG than an Assault Rifle and outperforms all SMGs at range. With a fast fire rate and a quick TTK, it is definitely a great weapon. Here is the best setup for each:

Last up is a pairing of easily two of the most slept-on weapons in Warzone, the MK.78 and the Carbon 57. It is easy to see why the MK.78 may not be players’ go-to. Its handling is on the slower side since it is an LMG, which definitely makes it a little less versatile than many Assault Rifles. However, its damage is excellent, and as a long-range weapon where players can dump out rounds thanks to its already large magazine, it is a solid pick.

Likewise, the Carbon 57 also boasts a large magazine by default, which is a must if players want to run an option without having to slow down its reload speed by adding an extended magazine. It may not rank as the fastest-killing option in the SMG category, but its first damage-range drop-off is slightly better than the Dravec 45 by default, making it an excellent SMG for the mid-range. It also has relatively low recoil.
