Persona 3 Reload Is On Sale for Its Lowest-Ever Price

By newsgame

Beloved 2024 Atlus RPG Persona 3 Reload is currently on sale for the lowest price the game has ever seen, only costing less than $20 USD for a limited time. The Persona series has quickly become one of the staples of the Japanese developer in recent years, thriving on the success of games like Persona 4 and Persona 5. The franchise’s popularity has even seen Persona 3 Reload receive a multi-platform release, launching simultaneously on PC and Xbox consoles alongside PlayStation platforms.

Persona 3 Reload saw heavy praise following its debut in early 2024, serving as a remake of the original game released in 2006. Reload brought with it multiple upgrades to one of the franchise’s breakout titles, featuring many of the refinements made to the series formula in later Persona games. Persona 3 Reload added a plethora of content to the game’s daily life segments, with lots of new activities to do around Iwatodai Dorm, while overhauling Persona 3‘s combat system to be more akin to that of Persona 5. Persona fans can now pick up the franchise’s newest game for a record-low price.

Persona 3 Reload Is On Sale for Its Lowest Price Ever

A new sale on Amazon is giving fans the chance to snag the PS5 physical version of Persona 3 Reload for the game’s lowest price ever. Amazon is currently charging only $17.94 USD for a brand-new copy of the Standard Edition of Persona 3 Reload, likely tied to site-wide Black Friday deals. The PS4 and Xbox Series X versions of Persona 3 Reload are also seeing markdowns for Amazon’s Cyber Monday sale, with the PS4 version priced at $19.99 and the Xbox Series X version selling for $24.99. However, Amazon does not confirm within Persona 3 Reload‘s product page how long the sale will last.

The new sale will give even more fans the chance to try out one of 2024’s most critically-acclaimed RPGs. Persona 3 Reload became the fastest-selling game in Persona franchise history following its launch, needing less than a week to eclipse 1 million units sold. Atlus would also announce a DLC expansion pass shortly after its debut, with the final wave featuring new story content with the “Answer” epilogue originally included in Persona 3 FES. While Persona 3 Reload did not capture any nominations at the 2024 Game Awards, the RPG did win the “Award for Excellence” at the 2024 Japan Game Awards.

Persona 3 Reload‘s early popularity didn’t stop following the game’s release, with Atlus continuing to push the new remake. Atlus and Kadokawa made the first volume of Persona 3‘s manga adaptation free for a limited time in September, giving fans the chance to check out another version of the beloved story. Persona 3 Reload was also available as part of the Xbox Game Pass catalog for an extended period following its launch, debuting as a Day 1 Game Pass release and only being removed in August 2025.

Persona fans have already been teased by Atlus with the next new game in the franchise, seeing another remake on the way. The developer officially announced Persona 4 Revival during Microsoft’s Xbox Games Showcase in June, with the remake heavily rumored to also feature content from enhanced remake Persona 4 Golden within the main game. Fans may have to wait a while for Persona 4 Revival, however, with the remake currently not expected to launch until the 2027 fiscal year. While fans eagerly wait for more news about the Persona 4 remake, Amazon’s newest sale gives fans a perfect chance to catch up on the enhanced remake of Persona 3.
