The door has 13 Isu glyphs etched onto it, and players will need to find all of them hidden throughout the map to open it and acquire the treasures that it protects. So, here’s how players can open the Glyph Door encountered in A Puzzlement quest by finding all 13 Glyph locations in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
How to Start Assassin’s Creed Shadows X Attack On Titan Quests
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is currently featuring a collab with Attack on Titan with a new cosmetic set, weapon, and new quests. Here’s how to start it.
How to Start A Puzzlement Quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows
Players can start A Puzzlement quest right after unlocking Yasuke as a playable character in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The quest starting point can be found in the Genbu Highlands area of the Yamashiro region, northeast of Kyoto. You can fast travel to Hanazono Castle, as the quest location is just a short journey from there.
Once you arrive in the area, you’ll meet up with Kinu and Kane, who’ll tell Naoe and Yasuke about the strange door with symbols etched on it. They’ll claim that there’s treasure behind it and hand over the Riddle Scroll Beacon trinket to Naoe & Yasuke. Make sure to equip this trinket as it’ll be vital in detecting hidden glyphs around the map.
Now, the first Glyph location will be marked on your map, as it’s part of A Puzzlement quest in AC Shadows. However, the rest of the 12 glyph locations are hidden, and you’ll need to find them yourself by exploration. Don’t fret, as we’ve listed all the Glyph locations to open the Glyph Door in the section below.

There’s also a large Kassandra statue in the middle of the room, who is one of the protagonists from Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Right next to her statue, there’s a device that says “Parts Missing,” which is the station to craft the Blade of Yumminess in AC Shadows (once you acquire all of its parts).
