Get Resolute Form Keldeo & Shiny Encounter
From November 25 to November 30, the Final Justice event is taking place in Pokemon GO, bringing players the final steps of the Tales of Transformation special research, which kicked off in September.
Players who get to the last step of Tales of Transformation will need to change Keldeo into its Resolute Form for the first time, which will cost 50 Keldeo Candy. There’s also a way to get a guaranteed encounter with Shiny Keldeo, but it’s part of another Pokemon GO research questline that’s going to be rolled out for several weeks.

How to Get Keldeo in Pokemon GO (& Resolute Form Keldeo)
Tales of Transformation
To get your hands on the Legendary Pokemon from Gen 5, you must first complete Step 1 of the Tales of Transformation Special Research. The first three tasks involve catching Water/Fighting-type Pokemon, powering them up, and then spinning Gyms and PokeStops.
The rest of the steps and tasks will occasionally reward Keldeo Candy, XP, Stardust, and other goodies. Once you reach Step 8, you’ll change Keldeo into its Resolute Form, unleashing its full potential.

How to Get Shiny Keldeo in Pokemon GO
Masterwork Research: Pony Tales
If you want to get yourself a Shiny Keldeo in Pokemon GO, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that there is indeed a shiny variant now available in the mobile game, but the bad news is that the research involving Shiny Keldeo is a work in progress and will be dropped in parts.
The ticket-exclusive Masterwork Research: Pony Tales is in the shop for $7.99, and at the end of the seven steps, players will get a guaranteed encounter with a Shiny Keldeo. Right now, though, only one of the seven steps is available. Here’s what we have so far:
