Complete Daily & Weekly Activities Guide

By newsgame

In Where Winds Meet, there are lots of activities that yield rewards for players to progress further with their characters. These are divided into Daily and Weekly activities, and players should know which ones to prioritize to earn the most rewards and to use their resources wisely. From Martial Arts manual pages, to Inner Path clue pages, Breakthrough Materials, Weapon Enhancement Materials, and more, the various Solo Play and Multiplayer activities offer a wide array of opportunities for players to build their ideal Martial Artist.

In this guide, they will find the information they need to develop a daily/weekly farming routine, maximizing the use of every free material, currency, and unlockable in WWM. This checklist is a detailed list of every activity players need to complete, separated into two distinct sections (Daily and Weekly), and includes useful information about which rewards players should prioritize in the currency exchange shops.

Campaign Challenge: These Side Missions are unlocked after completing them in the Open World (Solo Mode), and are repeatable Boss Fights that can yield many important rewards, including Inner Path Manual Pages, Set Gear, Accessories, Weapons, and Cosmetics corresponding to each Boss.

These battles escalate in difficulty depending on the Solo Mode Level, but can be completed in Coop Mode by creating an Assistance Signpost, interacting with Signposts left by other players at the Boss’ Location, or joining the Queue. Each time players claim the reward for killing a Boss, it will consume 20 Mental Energy. Rewards can be doubled or tripled depending on the Challenge Level, and will consume energy accordingly (40 x2, 60 x3).

Outpost Challenge: Outposts are renegade fortresses spread across the Qinghe and Jianghu regions, and challenging them can be done in Solo Mode (clearing a single outpost) or in Cooperative Outpost Challenge, which consists of clearing Five Outposts in a row. Each outpost has around 12 Elite Enemies and a Boss that spawns once the last enemy is cleared.

Sword Trials: Are endgame cooperative activities where groups of two or more players assault an enemy fortress and clear it of enemies and bosses. These activities are close to being Dungeon in terms of difficulty levels, and the rewards they grant include currency, equipment, and useful items.

Casual Activities: There’s a Daily Bonus Reward for participating in casual activities like Fishing, Pitch Pot, Wrestling, or Archery Contests. Players can pick whichever they want, but it’s highly recommended that they do the Pitch Pot Challenge, as it doesn’t consume any resources like Bait and Arrows, and it’s easy to win.

Daily Rewards: Every day during each season, players can participate in Pledge Rewards that are granted for free and claimed from the Event Menu. Make sure to check them every day to avoid missing out on important rewards like Breakthrough Mats.

Where Winds Meet Exploring Leads To Better Rewards

Where Winds Meet: How to Complete Echoes in the Shrine (General’s Statue Dungeon)

Discover the secrets of the General’s Shrine in Where Winds Meet and uncover the hidden treasure within.

Guild Events: These require joining a Clan, and once players check the Challenge Tab from their Guild Menu, they’ll see a series of activities that require completion posted by the Guild Officials or the Guild Master. These might be related to completing other activities such as Outpost Challenges or Campaign Challenges, so completing one might unlock the rewards of Guild Daily Events (or Quests), so make sure to check them out once players have completed all other Daily Activities.

Jade Shop: The Event Shop or Seasonal Shop offers lots of different tabs, one of which can be used to exchange the Jade Fish and other currencies obtained through Daily Activities, turning them into a potential source of important supplies, crafting materials, Profession advancement materials, and other useful items. Make sure to check them daily, as there are item stocks that are renewed every day, while others are restocked on a weekly basis.

Daily Cosmetic Rewards: Using the ‘Comb Hair’ action in front of a Mirror (located in Safe Houses) will result in gaining a random Hairstyle. Players can gain two per day, and these are totally randomized. Make sure to come back every day to the Mirror in Heaven’s Pier to get this reward for the character.

Bounties: Checking the Bounty Board in every major town or opening the Bounty Menu once it’s unlocked at Level 20. Here, players can pick requests to Catch Criminals (PK players and repeated offenders), or to Heal others (Healer), or defend other players from False Accusations (Scholar), earning Bounty Tokens in return, which can be used to post Bounties or exchange them for useful items in the bounty shop. There’s no daily upper limit for certain bounties (PvP), though there’s a limit in Weekly Bounties, which grant the greatest rewards.

Daily Wayspot: These places marked by Orange Butterflies will offer players a chance to take a screenshot and share it with the community, earning rewards in the process. Players can only do this once per day, so it’s worth investing some time exploring and finding these hotspots.

Where Winds Meet Weekly Activity Checklist

  • Weekly Dungeon: As the name implies, participating in these dungeons will have Weekly Rewards that are cleared with every Server Reset, so taking advantage of them is a must. Dungeons are group activities, and require lots of coordination, clear Roles (Tank, Support, DPS), and lots of time. Plus, players need to be at the level cap 50 (Dreamscape) or superior and have a Martial Arts Level Score of 9000 or more to join the Queue.
  • Stronghold Completion Rewards: Strongholds are the best places for players to test their skills and accelerate their growth. They’re open area dungeons that have tons of enemies and bosses that players can defeat to earn certain rewards. There’s a weekly bonus for these rewards, which is renewed with the Server Reset. They need to be unlocked by completing the Main Story and Side Missions before trying them out.
  • Sect Activities: Joining a Sect will offer players certain benefits, like access to an exclusive Martial Arts and Cosmetic Shop, as well as a chance to gain Sect Tokens through the completion of Daily and Weekly Activities.
  • Guild Weekly Quests: Like Daily Quests, these Weekly Guild Event Challenges require players to complete many overworld and co-op activities. Once they’re completed, players need to click on their respective tabs to claim the rewards.
  • Jade Jop (Weekly Resets): Every Week, the Jade Fish Shop and other tabs that use Jade as currency reset their stock. Players should take advantage and buy out every weekly material, support box, or Martial Arts chest. Cosmetics are an option too, but players should prioritize Breakthrough and leveling items first.
