How to Complete Substory #10 Spin For Winning? For Winnie in Yakuza Kiwami 3

After visiting the Ryudo Family Office in Chapter 2, enter the Public Market and pass through the Kariyushi Arcade. Where you will be stopped by the Shopping District Chairman, whom Kiryu rescued earlier.

After speaking with the Shopping District Chairman, Kiryu will acquire 10 free raffle tickets and will be asked to participate in the raffle event. Head to the reception desk nearby and interact with Winnie-chan to participate in the Downtown Ryūkyū Raffle mini-game.

Substory 10 will only be available after you rescued the Shopping District Chairman in Chapter 2: The Ryudo Encounter.

Fortune Finder Foto Rally Overview

After participating in the raffle mini-game, Winnie-chan will approach the protagonist and give him a flier. This flier unlocks another city exploration activity called Photo Rally. To complete this, take a photo of the Haisai! Okinawa sign outside the Arcade.

This optional activity covers both Downtown Ryūkyū and Kamurocho in terms of landmark photo locations. Taking a photo of a location Winnie-chan recommends will finish the substory.

You can capture landmark photos with different filters, and you can take them during the day or evening.
