Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops 7 Season 2 are setting themselves up to be the biggest drop for Warzone yet, highlighted by the arrival of Ranked Play Resurgence, along with Winter Rebirth Island and its new POIs. With a whole new set of Ranked rewards to grind for, alongside new weapons thrown into the mix, players have a lot to uncover.
However, Ranked Play is not the only place players can earn new rewards, as Season 2 also features several Secret Challenges that grant free cosmetic items. From earning a free Blueprint to unlocking a free universal camo, here is every Secret Challenge you can complete in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 2.

All Warzone Season 2 Secret Challenges & Rewards
Shards Weapon Charm (Open Cradle Caches)
To get the Shards Weapon Charm, players need to open a total of five Cradle Caches in Call of Duty: Warzone. These caches are similar to the Butterfly Supply Crates used to unlock the Prismatic Blueprint as part of Black Ops 7’s promotional campaign before its initial release, and can be identified by red smoke markings on regular Supply Crates.
While Cradle Caches can be found on every map in Warzone during Season 2, the best way to find them is to play Resurgence, where they appear more frequently. Cradle Caches do not have dedicated spawn locations, so players will need to rely on a bit of luck to find them. Simply open five in total during Season 2 to unlock the Shards Weapon Charm.
Beyond Step Emblem (Use Cradle Fractures)
To get the Beyond Step Emblem in Warzone, you will need to use a Cradle Fracture in five different matches on Rebirth Island. Players who have unlocked the Through the Fracture Calling Card will already be familiar with Cradle Fractures, which act as portals that teleport players into the sky to redeploy.
However, for the Beyond Step Emblem challenge, only Cradle Fractures on Rebirth Island count. Unlike those on Verdansk, Cradle Fractures on Rebirth Island appear to spawn anywhere on the map, though it may be worth focusing on Guild POIs like Turbine and the Outpost to increase your chances of finding them. Simply use a Cradle Fracture across five different matches during Season 2 to unlock the emblem.
Redacted Contract Weapon Sticker (Complete Redacted Contracts)
To get the Redacted Contract Weapon Sticker, you will need to complete 10 Redacted Contracts. These Redacted Contracts can be found across all maps during Season 2 and appear on the map as question mark icons.
These contracts essentially give players a random existing contract with an increased payout, and all players need to do is follow the contract’s instructions. Simply repeat this step a total of 10 times during Season 2 to get the Sticker.
Cipher Trail Contrail (Collect Keycards from Biometric Scanners)
To get the Cipher Trail, you will need to collect a total of 10 Keycards from the Biometric Scanners on Rebirth Island. This can be done by simply heading over to a Biometric Scanner and interacting with it. Since you can only get one Keycard per game, you will need to play a total of 10 games to complete this challenge.
Biometric Scanners can be found in fixed locations around Rebirth Island. However, some notable locations to head to include the bunker at Headquarters, Stronghold, and Bioweapons. For a full breakdown of every location, refer to the provided map above.
Past Secrets Emblem (Uncover the Old Gulag)
To get the Past Secrets Emblem, players will have to open the Old Gulag underneath the Prison. To do this, complete the following steps:
- Use a Molotov or Thermite to open the Outpost Bunker and grab the Computer SSD inside.
- Use a Molotov or Thermite to open the Turbine Bunker, interact with the terminal inside, and note down the binary code.
- Head to the tunnel under the Prison and start the sequence at the door to the Gulag, matching the lights with the noted-down binary code.

Nova-7 Pro Mk.4 Blueprint (Acquire The Old Gulag Weapon Prototype)
To get the Nova-7 Pro Mk.4 Blueprint, you will need to open the safe in the Gulag mentioned above and collect it. The Blueprint is locked behind a puzzle that tasks players with engaging a series of switches according to the note near each switch.
To begin the sequence, press interact at the keypad near the Blueprint, then head to each switch in the correct order. Read the note beside each one and either engage the switch by interacting with it or disengage it by leaving it alone. For the correct order, check the map provided above.
Librarian Loading Screen (Read All Intel Pieces on Rebirth Island)
To get the Librarian Loading Screen, you will need to read all Intel Pieces on Rebirth Island. There are a total of 10 Intel Pieces, each spread across different locations around Rebirth Island.

Shattered Vision Decal & Redstorm Parachute (Challenge TBD)
As of the time of writing, two Season 2 rewards cannot be unlocked just yet. These are the Shattered Vision Decal and the Redstorm Parachute, as the challenges required to unlock them have not yet been enabled in-game. Check back at a later date for details on how to unlock both rewards.

Iron Gauntlet Season 2 Challenges & Rewards
The last set of Secret Challenges that players can complete is all tied to the Iron Gauntlet mode, which will be available to play from March 5 at 9 AM PT to March 9 at 9 AM PT.
