Where to Find the Sword Horizon Perk in Where Winds Meet
Inner Arts drastically affect how strong you are in Where Winds Meet. These are perks that give you a variety of effects, from giving you a shield when you’re low on health, or reducing stamina costs of certain actions. The Sword Horizon Inner Art is a perk that’s specific to the Strategic Sword martial art — this unlocks new follow-up moves for the Strategic Sword’s martial skills and charged heavy attacks, giving you more ways to deal damage.
Like other Inner Arts in Where Winds Meet, Sword Horizon can be pretty tricky to get, but apart from being hard to find, you likely won’t be able to get this one unless you’re absolutely loaded with coins.

Where to Find Sword Horizon Inner Art in Where Winds Meet
You can find the skill books needed to learn this Inner Art by going to Ghostlight Market, which is found directly underneath Kaifeng. Thankfully, you don’t need to actually unlock the Kaifeng region to get there.
If you want to get to Ghostlight Market without having to complete the first chapter of the game, all you need to do is start the Bounty Trouble quest in Riverside Station. The village is at the west side of Qinghe, and once you get there, you’ll find an old man and a few villagers near a bounty board. Take the quest, and soon enough, you’ll find yourself at Ghostlight Market as part of the March of the Dead quest. Once you arrive. head into the street and follow the path to the right until you find a Boundary Stone.
There’s a catch, though: during March of the Dead, the market will be closed, and the area will be filled with spirits and a thick, miasmic fog. You don’t need to finish this quest to get Sword Horizon, though. All you need to do is progress the in-game time by using the Wait function, which you can access by pressing Escape/Start and selecting the Clock button on the right side of the screen. Set the time to anywhere else but the Mao hour, and the Ghostlight Market will be available.
Now, go back to Ghostlight Market via the Boundary Stone, then speak to Horse Face by the entrance. He should give you a Ghost Rat Mask, which you’ll need later. Wear the mask, and head straight down the street. Keep going, and once you reach a second flight of stone stairs, you should find an antique bookstore to your left. Enter the store, then speak with the owner, Ni Laoshan, who is sitting on the ceiling.
Browse Ni Laoshan’s wares, and buy all the Unknown Old Books in his inventory. This will cost 375,000 Coins. Then, use all the books in your inventory, and you should get all 10 tomes needed for the Sword Horizon Inner Art.
If you don’t have enough money, you can buy Strings of Coins at the Season Shop. Open your bag, go to the Money Bag tab, then select your Coins to reach the Season Shop.
