Throughout the eight episodes of Dispatch, players who control Robert will have to do their job as an SDN dispatcher. Every dispatching shift has multiple calls, all of which have different stat requirements. Players can send in the heroes they believe are the best fit for the job in the hope of a successful call. Almost all the heroes start at Level 1, but can be upgraded as the game goes on. The guide below lists the best stats to invest in for each character in Dispatch.

Best Dispatch Stats for Each Character
There are eight starting characters in the game, and one of two possible characters will join the team later on. Every character starts out with a different set of stats, and to trigger their starting power, players will have to meet that condition first. The table below lists where you should allocate the stat points and which recommended hero power you should get.
Hero |
Recommended Hero Power |
Best Stats to Invest In |
Info about the Hero |
|---|---|---|---|
Invisigal |
Ear to the Ground |
As Invisigal has synergy with Golem, it’s best to cover Combat and Mobility, so both of them cover most of the graph. Her Ear to the Ground power can help plan and strategize in advance, and lets you know if it is ideal to send a hero solo on a mission or not. |
Flambae |
Supernova |
Flambae has high Combat and Mobility, and that is what should be your focus. His Supernova power is what makes him stand out and go on a roll. You need to make sure he doesn’t fail a call; otherwise, he will lose all the bonuses. |
Punch Up |
Harder Head |
This hard-hitting hero can get much more powerful when injured, thanks to the Harder Head power. As Punch Up will never go down and has no debuffs from the injury, it’s best that you do not heal him at all. Vigor and Combat are good stats that you should focus on, making him a solid tank. |
Malevola |
Portal Ritual |
Malevola can work great with increased Combat and Charisma. The Portal Ritual power can shorten the travel time for other heroes as well, making her a great supportive hero. |
Golem |
Spread Thin |
The main tank of the game, Golem, has increased Vigor, which needs to be your focus, and Charisma as well, since who doesn’t like a mass of clay charming them? Spread Thin is one of the best powers in the game, where Golem will expand to fill every slot. This makes him one of the strongest superheroes to pick, even when sending him solo on multiple slot calls. |
Prism |
Perfect Copy |
Prism has the starting power to copy the person in the first slot to the third slot, but the stats are decreased. The Perfect Copy power solves this problem and ensures no call fails while she is around. You can go with increasing her Intelligence and Charisma to cover the left side of the graph when synergizing with Flambae. |
Sonar |
Talk Sh*t |
Sonar‘s Talk Sh*t power is the perfect option for him, ensuring that your chances of failure are even lower. Increasing his Intelligence and Charisma further makes him a powerful hero who can synergize well with Malevola. |
Coupe |
A la Seconde |
You should focus on Mobility and Intelligence on Coupe for her stats. When it comes down to the power, Pirouette is a great option. However, A la Seconde is a bit better, mainly because the increased stats from +1 to +3 make it less likely that she will fail the call in the first place. |
Waterboy |
Holy Water Spit |
Being the weakest hero in the team, Waterboy can be difficult to manage early on in the game. However, he levels up faster than the rest, and you can put points in Mobility, Intelligence, and Vigor to cover a lot of areas. The Holy Water Spit removes the annoying part of his power, where he puts himself in a call. This power also allows you to heal two teammates when sent on a call together. |
Phenomaman |
Heavily Medicated |
N/A |
Phenoman starts on the max level, so he can’t get any more stat upgrades. The power you should aim for is Heavily Medicated, which will affect his flying a bit, but removes the biggest downside about the hero, which is the depressed state. |
