Xbox Reveals 9 New Games Coming to Game Pass Ultimate
The Xbox Partner Preview for November 2025 included a look at a number of brand-new games and titles that will finally be making their debut on Xbox platforms, with 9 new games set to join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Players have three different Xbox Game Pass subscription tiers to choose from, and while the Ultimate tier may be the most expensive, it includes the largest library of games plus a variety of day-one launches.
Despite the newly announced price changes for Xbox Game Pass, the service remains incredibly popular, with fans appreciating the frequent additions of new games and inclusion of Day One launches that make the subscriptions worthwhile. The 9 games confirmed to be coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate include Day One releases like the third-person roguelike shooter Armatus, the stylish action platformer Crowsworn, the surprise dual-protagonist sequel Raji: Kaliyuga, and the hilarious co-op alien simulator Roadside Research. Two games were shadow-dropped during the presentation, with players able to immediately download and play the survival slot machine roguelite Cloverpit and an unexpected horror game featuring the sound design talents of Silent Hill legend Akira Yamaoka, Total Chaos. Both the voxel adventure sequel Echo Generation 2 and surprise Vampire Survivors deck-builder Vampire Crawlers were touted as “coming soon,” while the isometric voxel western Erosion is slated for a special Xbox Game Preview, launching in Spring 2026.
A total of 16 games were showcased during the presentation, and the fact that over half are coming to Game Pass has been met with celebration from Xbox fans. November 2025 has already seen multiple new games added to Game Pass, and the double shadow-drop plus confirmation of multiple Day One launches looks to keep players invested in the platform well into the new year.
From ports of PC exclusives to Day One games coming to Game Pass, Xbox has continued to prioritize its subscription service. The added bonus of all games during the Partner Preview being Xbox Play Anywhere, meaning players can seamlessly transition from gaming on their PC to their Xbox Series X to a supported handheld system, further seeks to draw in more players who will want to take advantage of the new launches coming to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
