How to Steal the Fedora from the Museum in High on Life 2
During the main mission “Kill Billionaire Larry Pinkstock” in High on Life 2, you will need to steal a Fedora from a display case in the museum of the cruise ship to keep Travis, the gatlian who helped you get a VIP ticket to the event, happy and helpful.
As a prized possession of Larry Pinkstock and a piece of famous movie memorabilia, the Fedora will be locked behind a reinforced glass display case that you cannot break open using regular means. You’ll need to find a means of destroying the glass display case using something else.

How to Steal the Fedora from the Museum in High on Life 2
The only way to steal the Fedora from the Museum for Travis during the “Kill Billionaire Larry Pinkstock” mission is to use the laser from the exhibit across from the Fedora to break open the hat’s display case.
The Fedora is found at the rightmost edge of a large circuit board that controls the Museum’s security and other mechanisms. Look to the left edge of the circuit board, and you’ll find a pixelated phallic object and a purple interface you can interact with. Using this exhibit, you will be able to control a circumcision laser that can break open the Fedora’s display case.
However, in order to aim the laser at the Fedora, you’ll need to first reposition it correctly. The only way to do that is to activate the laser and manually move it from the left edge of the circuit board to its right edge, while avoiding all active circuits that are arranged in the form of a maze puzzle.
Aim the laser at the empty parts of the circuit board and have it slowly move across the board using the route shown in the screenshot above. If you hit an active part of the board (the green rectangles and squares), the laser will forcefully move back a few inches.
When you reach the top right corner of the circuit board with the laser, some of the active circuits will start coming apart, blocking the empty space of the maze. Every time this happens, an alternate route will open up from where you can get the laser to pass through. Be patient and wait for the circuitry to rearrange itself before you start moving again.
In the very last stretch, the blue alien that is standing nearby will come and stand right in front of the only path to the finish line. Don’t worry about him; he is wearing a laser-proof suit that makes him immune to the damage. Move the laser across the alien’s chest to reach to the Fedora’s display case.
When the laser destroys the display case’s glass, go up to the Fedora and use the interact prompt to pick it up. Travis will immediately put it on his head, and this mission will be completed.
If you navigate the laser maze with perfect precision, you’ll get the “Dunston Has Checked In” achievement.
