Arknights Endfield Silent Grove Quest Guide
Stragglers Grove is one of the first areas players get to visit once they arrive in Wuling in Arknights Endfield, but much to the dismay of anyone who likes to put main quests aside in favor of exploration, this area won’t be available for real until much later. Like many other areas in Endfield, fully unlocking Stragglers Grove involves completing a side quest. Thankfully, the quest itself is pretty simple, and if you’re wondering what you need to do to reveal Stragglers Grove on your map, here’s what’s up.
Repair Story Quest Guide In Arknights Endfield
Endmins need to get the required component styles to complete the Repair Story quest in Arknights: Endfield.
How to Explore Stragglers Grove in Arknights Endfield
While players can technically go back to the island containing Stragglers Grove and its surrounding areas, they won’t be able to explore much of it thanks to all the bamboo blocking the way. In order to fully open this area up for exploration, you’ll need to complete a quest chain starting with Silent Grove: The Beginning.
How to Start the Silent Grove Quests
You’ll get the first part of the Silent Grove quest by checking your Baker messages for a request from Mi Fu. If you can’t see her message, progress through the main story first.
Silent Grove: The Beginning Quest Objectives
- Read Mi Fu’s Message
- Find Watchguard Li Zhui
- Go to Qingbo Stockade and Gather Intel
- Talk to Qingwu
- Grab Materials Needed to Fix the Raft
- Go to the Qingbo Stockade Ferry Point
- Travel to Burdensnout Hill Ferry Point
- Look for Missing People in the Grove
- Touch the Core
- Fix the Hydrocube
- Touch the Core
- Enter Stragglers Grove
- Check the Note on the Ground
Completing this quest will repair the rafts you need to travel around Stragglers Grove and its neighboring areas.
Like the vast majority of other quests in Endfield, Silent Grove: The Beginning is a linear experience, and the game will pretty much hold your hand throughout the entirety of its runtime. All you need to do is follow the quest marker, and you’ll be right as rain. This should take roughly 20 minutes to complete.
Silent Grove: Zhailing Islet
- Perform a Scan to locate Footprints
- Activate Guiding Lights to Exit the Grove
- Continue Looking for Missing People
- Save the Stockade Residents
- Get Close to Core W1
- Fix Core W1
Completing Silent Grove: The Beginning will automatically start the next part of the quest chain called Silent Grove: Zhailing Islet. Again, you only need to worry about following your quest marker here, though there’s one part early one where you need to activate lights in the correct sequence.
Once you reach the part where bamboo stalks start blocking your way, face the nearby stone sacred animal statue, then turn right. Activate the closest lantern first, then turn on the second one.
Next, face the statue again, then turn left. Follow the path and turn on the lanterns there as you come across them.
From here, just follow the quest marker to your next set of objectives. You may need to go back to any of your bases in Endfield to grab some bottles, though, as you’ll need them to fill the nearby bridge terminal with water.
Bottles are not consumed if you use them for spraying water or transferring liquids. You can refill them by standing close to a water source and using the Fill option from the quick action menu (the same wheel you use to access Photo Mode in Endfield).
Silent Grove: South Hill
- Use a Raft to Travel to South Hill
- Find the Missing Tianshi
- Follow the Trail
- Fix Core S3
This is the shortest quest in the Silent Grove chain, and there’s nothing complicated to do here. Once you finish this part of the quest chain, you’ll automatically start an epilogue quest, and once you’re done with that, the entirety of the Stragglers Grove section of Jingyu Valley will now be completely accessible.
