Helldivers 2 Siege Breakers Warbond Review
The Siege Breakers Warbond brings some seriously heavy firepower to bear in Helldivers 2. It’s the complete opposite of the previously-released, stealth-oriented catalog of weapons and equipment, trading suppressors and subtlety for big guns and explosive ordnance. If you enjoy blowing stuff up in Helldivers 2, you’ll most definitely love Siege Breakers, but if you’re also more cautious with what you spend your hard-earned Super Credits on, here’s a condensed overview of this Warbond that focuses on the pros and cons of every important item you can find in it.
How to Get & Use the Quasar Cannon in Helldivers 2
Here’s how to make the most of the anti-tank Quasar Cannon weapon in Helldivers 2 for Personal Orders, and to conquer the meta against Tank enemies.
How Good is the Siege Breakers Warbond in Helldivers 2?
Simply put, Siege Breakers is absolutely worth getting thanks to how fun all of its items are to use, and they’re not too shabby in the balance department either. Nearly every piece of kit in this Warbond can make things explode, and the ones that don’t are pretty strong by themselves too. This is easily an S-tier Warbond, with its only drawbacks being the middling passive perk on its armor sets.
There’s a lot to say about each of the practical pieces of gear included in Siege Breakers, so to keep things short, here’s a summary of the good and bad things for each of them:

As mentioned, the Supplementary Adrenaline armor perk is the weakest part of the Helldivers 2 Siege Breakers Warbond, but even then, it’s not bad at all. This perk is useful against all enemy factions thanks to the slight increase in armor that it provides, but its main effect of refilling your Stamina when you take damage is only truly valuable when you take chip damage from weak enemies. If you get hit by anything bigger than a Bot Trooper or a Bug Scavenger, you might as well pop a Stim and refill both your Health and Stamina.
The balancing around the Belt-Fed Grenade Launcher has been a point of contention among Helldivers 2 players since its DPS output is worse than the regular Grenade Launcher Support Weapon. The Belt-Fed GL’s explosives deal less damage and have a smaller explosion radius compared to the normal GL, but since it doesn’t need to be reloaded, it performs better under pressure.
Overall, the Siege Breakers Warbond provides a ton of value in terms of both practicality and fun factor. If the heavy ordnance theme appeals to you, then there’s a lot to love here.
